Claims (1)
- アパーチヤ径を可変することによりレーザビー
ムのモードパターンを調整する調整手段と、前記
レーザビームのモードパターンを検出する検出手
段と、前記検出手段により検出された前記モード
パターンを予め定められた所定モードパターンと
比較する比較手段とを設け、前記比較手段の比較
結果に応じて前記調整手段における前記アパーチ
ヤ径を調整するようにしたことを特徴とする固体
レーザ装置。
