Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 書込みデータを符号化する符号化回路と、 書込みデータ及び符号化データを記憶する記憶
部と、 書込み時は書込みデータを選択し、読出し時は
前記記憶部からの読出しデータを選択する第１の
選択回路と、 書込み時は前記符号化回路からの符号化データ
を選択し、読出し時は前記記憶部から読出した符
号化データを選択する第２の選択回路と、 前記第１及び第２の選択回路の出力データを復
号化する復号化回路と、 復号化データの誤りビツトを検出し、検出した
ならば誤り表示信号を出力する誤りビツト検出回
路と、 前記誤り表示信号を保持し、誤りビツトが発生
したことを外部論理装置に報知する誤り表示信号
保持回路とを備えた ことを特徴とする主記憶装置の試験装置。
