Claims (1)
- 光照射を受けると発電に寄与する光キヤリアを
発生する光活性層を備え、当該光活性層の受光面
側に受光面電極を配置し、背面側に背面電極を設
けた光起電力装置であつて、上記受光面電極と光
活性層との間に、受光面電極に接して膜厚約10
〜50Åの実質的に真性なi型層を設けると共に
、光活性層と接して一導電型不純物層を配置する
ことを特徴とした光起電力装置。
