Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基板を支持するチヤツクと、該基板の表面
を洗浄するハイプレツシヤーノズルと、該基板を
加熱乾燥するヒートランプとからなる基板洗浄装
置において、 前記基板の背面に凹面反射鏡を設けるようにし
たことを特徴とする基板洗浄装置。 (2) 前記チヤツクは、モータにより回転され、
上面に凹面反射鏡を備えている支持板と、該支持
板上にあつて、基板を凹面反射鏡から離間支持す
る係止部材とからなることを特徴とする実用新案
