イルモータ、８は加振台、９は制御装置、１２は
研磨面、１３は浮上面、１４は傾斜面、２１は供
給台、２２，２３，２４はレバー、２５，２６，
２７は搬送ベルト、２９は荷重棒、２８は真空チ
ヤツクアーム、３１は洗浄液、３２は保持台、３
３は洗浄槽、３４は排出台、４１は弾性板、４２
は座穴、４３は収容箱である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の磁気ヘツドスライダ１を所定間隔を開け
て、弾性板４１の上に固定させたパレツト４を単
位として、 該パレツト４をボイスコイルモータ７により励
振される加振台８上に固定し、研磨面１２に弾性
体６を介してラツピングテープ５を押し付け、或
いは厚さ方向に弾性をもつラツピングテープ５１
を押し付け、Ｒ面取りを行う研磨装置２と、 該パレツト４を洗浄液３１を用いて上部で蒸気
洗浄、下部で浸漬煮沸洗浄を行わせる洗浄装置３
と、 該パレツト４を保持、搬送する手段と、 タイマーを内蔵しプログラムにより、該研磨装
置２および該洗浄装置３の独立した動作と、該パ
レツト１１を搬送する手段の駆動とを一括制御す
る制御装置９とを備え、 Ｒ面取り、浸漬煮沸浴、蒸気浴の順に無人加工
することを特徴とする磁気ヘツドスライダのＲ面
取り／洗浄装置。
