Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンクリートスラブまたはまくらぎのレール座
    面位置に、レール長手方向に曲率を付した突出肩
    部を設け、同肩部の内面部に、レール直角方向の
    両端部の中間部は前記突出肩部と若干の間隔を有
    し、かつ両端部は前記突出肩部に接触するように
    、同突出肩部より若干小さな曲率を有するととも
    に、同突出肩部より上方に若干突出する厚さを有
    した低ばね定数の防振パツドを設置し、同防振パ
    ツドの上面に前記防振パツドのレール直角方向の
    幅より広いタイプレートを重層し、同タイプレー
    トに重層された軌道パツドを介してレールを締結
    し、タイプレート側面には横圧受ばね上面及びレ
    ール長手方向側面に夫々弾性ばねを介して横圧受
    金具を配設し、同金具を前記スラブまたはまくら
    ぎに定着したことを特徴とした防振形レール締結
    装置。
