Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被加工物に対し研磨材を吐出・噴射するた
    めのノズルと研磨材排出口とを備えた研磨室本体
    ；前記排出口から排出された研磨材を循環輸送す
    る循環輸送管；並びに、前記循環輸送管を通じて
    輸送された研磨材を回収して粉塵分級をした後、
    再び前記ノズルへ研磨材を供給する回収タンクと
    を備えたシヨツトブラスト装置において、 前記研磨室本体側壁への研磨材の付着を防止せ
    しめる手段を有していることを特徴とするシヨツ
    トブラスト装置。 (2) さらに、前記回収タンク内への研磨材の付
    着を防止せしめる手段を有する実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のシヨツトブラスト装置。 (3) さらに、前記循環輸送管内への研磨材の付
    着を防止せしめる手段を有する実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項または第２項記載のシヨツトブラス
    ト装置。
