第１図はこの考案による赤外線検知器の一実施
例を示す断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検知器の
構成例を示す断面図である。 図において、１は低温保持容器、２は内筒、３
は外筒、４はフランジ、５は赤外線検知素子、６
は金属線材、７は気密端子、８はウインド、９は
ジユールトムソン冷却器、１０はフインチユーブ
、１１はノズル、１２はボンベ、１３は弁、１４
は配管、１５はセラミツクパイプである。 なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符
号を付して示してある。
例を示す断面図、第２図は従来の赤外線検知器の
構成例を示す断面図である。 図において、１は低温保持容器、２は内筒、３

Claims (1)
- 金属製の内筒と、この内筒の一端面に設けた赤
外線検知素子と、上記内筒の外面と近接ないしは
接して配置されたセラミツクパイプと、このセラ
ミツクパイプの中を通り、上記赤外線検知素子の
信号を伝達する金属線と、上記内筒の他端面に設
けられた金属製のフランジと上記フランジの外周
部を接合し、かつ上記内筒を覆うように取り付け
られた金属製の外筒と、上記外筒に取り付けられ
た赤外線透過材料であるウインドとを具備したこ
とを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
