第１図はこの考案による赤外線検知器の一実施
例を示す断面図、第２図はこの考案による赤外線
検知器の一実施例の外観図、第３図は従来の赤外
線検知器の構成例を示す断面図である。図におい
て、１は低温保持容器、２は内筒、３は外筒、４
はフランジ、５は赤外線検知素子、６は金属線材
、７は気密端子、８はウインド、９はジユールト
ムソン冷却器、１０はフインチユーブ、１１はノ
ズル、１２はボンベ、１３は弁、１４は配管、１
５はセラミツクコーテイング、１６はパターン配
線である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分に
は同一符号を付してある。

Claims (1)
- 金属製の内筒と、この内筒の一端面に設けた赤
外線検知素子と、上記内筒の外面に絶縁コーテイ
ングを施し、上記絶縁コーテイングの外面に設け
られたパターン配線と、上記パターン配線に接続
され上記赤外線検知素子の信号を伝達する金属線
と、上記内筒の他端面に設けられた金属製のフラ
ンジと上記フランジの外周部を接合し、かつ上記
内筒を覆うように取付けられた金属製の外筒と、
上記外筒に取付けられた赤外線透過材料であるウ
インドとを具備したことを特徴とする赤外線検知
器。
