- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエハーの層間絶縁膜上に形成された配
線上にきのこ状のバンプ電極を形成し、半導体基
板をポリイミド樹脂で、保護する半導体装置にお
いて、 前記きのこ状バンプ電極の傘部の下方に絶縁膜
を形成したことを特徴とする半導体装置。
