Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はアルバム台紙の製法に関するものであ
る。
従来のアルバム台紙で、紙を基板とし、該板上
面に透明フイルムを接着剤で袋状に接着して複数
の収納部を形成したものがあるが、紙とフイルム
の吸湿時に於ける伸長率が異るために接着剤中の
水分を吸収したフイルムにしわを生じたり、台紙
が全体的に反り返えるなどの欠点があつた。
また区画するため台紙に穿孔し、該孔を介して
両面に重合したフイルムを熔着して複数の収納部
を形成した台紙は、製造工程に於いて、穿孔とい
う作業が付加されるだけでなく上記熔着のための
時間を必要とし且つこの熔着作業は一枚づつ行う
ために全体として作業に長時間を要する欠点があ
り、熔着部分にしわが生ずるという欠点も免がれ
ることはできない。
次に合成樹脂シートを基板として透明フイルム
を重合し、該フイルムを基板に袋状に熔着してア
ルバム台紙を形成したものもあるが、熔着作業に
時間を要するという欠点と、熔着部周辺にしわが
生ずるという欠点は前記と同様であり、しかも合
成樹脂基板とフイルムを熔着すると熔着部分が透
明となり次頁が透視されて不体裁となることが多
い。
本発明はこれらの欠点を改良したもので、図面
につき実施例を述べると次の通りである。
第１図は本発明を実施するために使用する装置
の説明図で、１は長尺物の基板（合成紙または合
成樹脂シート）で、送出しロール２を介し送出さ
れる。上記基板の進行途上の上段と下段に紫外線
硬化型接着剤溶液槽３，３′を設置し、該槽内の
溶液４を塗布ロール５，５′に付着させ、転写ロ
ール６，６′を介して基板の両面に一側綴込み部
を残し紫外線硬化剤を塗布して周縁の枠線７と複
数の横方向の区画線８の塗布層を形成する。該塗
布層を形成した基板の進行塗上の上段と下段に透
明合成樹脂フイルム９の送出しロール１０，１
０′を設置し、該フイルムを一対のガイドロール
１１，１１′で基板の両面に重合し、露光装置１
２で約0.2〜0.3秒紫外線を照射すると基板とフイ
ルムの接着は完了する。接着を終えた台紙は切断
装置１３で切断して所要のアルバム台紙１４とす
る。
図面中１５は台紙の綴込み部で、１６は収納部
であり、１７は中間ロールを示す。
以上記述した本発明の製法によると、非常に短
時間に大量製産できるので製品も安価となる。製
品は従来品と異り紫外線硬化型接着剤で、基板
（合成紙または合成樹脂シート）に透明合成樹脂
フイルムを接着するので、吸湿時に於ける伸長率
の差がないためにしわを生じない利点がある。ま
た基板とフイルムとは熔着するものでないために
接着部分が透明とならない。従つて透視の弊害も
なく体裁が非常によい等幾多の利点を有するもの
である。

本発明の実施例図で、第１図は本発明に使用す
る装置の説明図、第２図は本発明によるアルバム
台紙の正面図、第３図は第２図のＡ−Ａ線拡大断
面図である。 １……基板、７……枠線（接着剤層）、８……
区画線（接着剤層）、９……透明フイルム、１４
……アルバム台紙。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 合成紙または合成樹脂シートを基板とし、該
    板の両面に一側の綴込み部を残し紫外線硬化型接
    着剤を塗布して周縁の枠線と複数の横方向の区画
    線の塗布層を形成し、該塗布面に透明合成樹脂フ
    イルムを重合し、露光装置を介して紫外線を照射
    して上記基板とフイルムを接着することを特徴と
    するアルバム台紙の製法。
