Claims (1)
- ジヤム材料を収容する容器と、該容器内に回転
駆動可能に設けられ、粗大材料を粉砕するととも
に、粉砕された粗大材料及びその他のジヤム材料
を混合・撹拌する回転羽根と、容器を加熱するヒ
ータと、容器又はジヤム材料の温度を検出する温
度検出手段と、回転羽根の回転を制御するととも
に、温度検出手段が検出する温度に基づいてヒー
タへの通電をオン、オフ制御することにより、ジ
ヤム材料の粉砕及び加熱・撹拌の各工程を行なわ
せる制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするジヤ
ム制造装置。
