    影する良品用テレビカメラと、 良品用テレビカメラの撮影視野と等しい撮影視
    野を有し、良品ワークと良品用テレビカメラとの
    相対移動状態と同じ相対移動状態で検査ワークに
    対し相対移動して検査ワークを撮影する検査用テ
    レビカメラと、 良品用テレビカメラから送られてくる画像信号
    を、良品ワークを示す画素信号と背景状態を示す
    画像信号とに分ける二値化処理をし、良品ワーク
    を示す画素数をカウントする一方、検査用テレビ
    カメラから送られてくる画像信号を、検査ワーク
    を示す画素信号と背景状態を示す画素信号とに分
    ける二値化処理をし、検査ワークを示す画素数を
    カウントし、更に良品ワークを示す画素のカウン
    ト値と検査ワークを示す画素のカウント値とを比
    較しその差が設定値よりも大きいと検査ワークが
    不良であると判定する画像処理装置と、を有する
    ことを特徴とする不良品判定画像処理装置。
