Claims (1)
- 回転軸と、該回転軸に加えられるトルクに応じ
て該回転軸と一体的に捩り変形するように、該回
転軸の外周側に複数のピンを介して固定された磁
歪材料からなる筒体と、該筒体の外周面に所定角
度をもつて刻設された複数のスリツトと、該各ス
リツトと対向するように前記筒体の外周側に設け
られた検出コイルとから構成してなる磁歪式トル
クセンサ。
