従来の光出力安定化回路用印刷基板と半導体レー
ザーとの接続を示す斜視図である。 図において、１は半導体レーザー、２はレーザ
ー素子、３は光電変換素子、４は光出力安定化回
路、４ａは印刷基板、５はバイアス電流、６はモ
ニタ電流、７は電気信号入力端子、８は可変抵抗
器、８ａは可変抵抗器の端子、９はトランジスタ
、９ａはベース端子、１０はリード線、１１ａ，
１１ｂはパターン、１２はハンダである。尚、図
中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザーの光出力の一部を半導体レーザ
ーに内蔵した光電変換素子によつて検出し、検出
出力の変化を半導体レーザーのバイアス電流に負
帰還して半導体レーザーの光出力を制御する光出
力安定化回路用印刷基板において、半導体レーザ
ーの光出力を設定する可変抵抗器に接続したパタ
ーンと、光電変換素子の検出出力を増幅するトラ
ンジスタのベース入力に接続したパターンとの電
気的接続を光電変換素子の検出出力のリード線を
介して行うことを特徴とする光出力安定化回路用
印刷基板。
