Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上下の布地が重なり合つた縫製物の下布地
    を摺接させてこの縫製物の移送を案内する縫製物
    支持板と、上記縫製物を移送しながらその上下布
    地の端縁部を縫製するように上記支持板に装着さ
    れた縫着部とを備えたミシンにおいて、上記縫着
    部の近くの縫製物の移送上手側箇所に、下布地の
    カール状端部に当接して縫製物の移送にともない
    下布地のカール状端部を順次押出し矯正するよう
    に縫製物の移送方向に対して傾斜姿勢に固定され
    た第１のカール矯正部と、上下布地の少なくとも
    一方の布地のカール状端部に当接して縫製物の移
    送にともないそのカール状端部を順次押出し矯正
    するように縫製物の移送方向に対して傾斜姿勢に
    配置された第２のカール矯正部と、この第２のカ
    ール矯正部を矯正作用位置と非作用位置とに切換
    え移動させる駆動機構とを具備したことを特徴と
    するミシンの布地端カール矯正装置。 (2) 第２のカール矯正部が縫製物の上下布地間
    に挿入可能で、その挿入状態において、上布地の
    内向きカール状端部を押圧し矯正する矯正縁部と
    下布地の内向きカール状端部を押出し矯正する矯
    正縁部とを有し、かつ上布地をその上面から押圧
    可能なカール矯正補助片を設けたことを特徴とす
    る請求項１記載のミシンの布地端カール矯正装置
    。 (3) 第２のカール矯正部がカール矯正非作用位
    置に移動している状態でのスイツチ操作にもとづ
    いて、第２のカール矯正部をあらかじめ設定され
    たシーケンス通りに矯正作用位置に移動させ、か
    つ矯正作用位置に移動している状態でのスイツチ
    操作にもとづいて、上記第２のカール矯正部をあ
    らかじめ設定されたシーケンス通りにカール矯正
    非作用位置に復帰移動させる駆動制御装置を備え
    たことを特徴とする請求項１または２記載のミシ
    ンの布地端カール矯正装置。
