Claims (1)
- スルーホールを設けた被試験印刷配線板を鏡面
に載置する検査台と、前記スルーホールに斜め上
部から検査光を照射する光照射器と、前記スルー
ホールからの反射光または前記スルーホール内を
反射しながら通過した通過光を入力する受光器と
、該受光器及び前記光照射器の光学部と前記検査
台とを相対的に駆動する駆動機構と、前記受光器
の検出信号を２値化処理して前記駆動機構の制御
する照射点の位置に対応して表示部に画像信号を
出力する論理回路部とを含むことを特徴とする印
刷配線板試験装置。
