  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブレーキペダルの踏込量に応じて制動油圧を発
    生するマスタシリンダと、 該マスタシリンダと連通路を介して接続された
    前輪ホイールシリンダと、 該前輪ホイールシリンダの油圧を検出する油圧
    検出手段と、 前記油圧検出手段による検出油圧に基づき後輪
    の目標制動油圧を演算する後輪目標制動油圧演算
    手段と、 前記マスタシリンダと別に設けた油圧源と、 該油圧源と連通路を介して接続された後輪ホイ
    ールシリンダと、 駆動輪の加速スリツプを検出する加速スリツプ
    検出手段と、 前記油圧検出手段による検出油圧が所定値以下
    で、加速スリツプ検出手段により加速スリツプが
    検出された際に後輪の制動制御を行うと共に、検
    出油圧が所定値以上のときには前記後輪ホイール
    シリンダの制動油圧を前記後輪目標制動油圧に制
    御する後輪制動油圧制御手段と を備えたことを特徴とする車両用制動力制御装
    置。
