Claims (1)
- 反応管と該反応管に連通した原料ガス導入管及
び排気管と、上記反応管内にあつて基板を載置す
るサセプタと、上記反応管外に配され、上記サセ
プタを加熱する加熱手段と、を備えたＭＯＣＶＤ
装置において、上記サセプタは上記原料ガス導入
管から反応管内に導入された原料ガス方向と略垂
直な方向に回転軸を有し、上記サセプタの基板を
載置する面は、上記回転軸に対するサセプタの回
転により上記原料ガスの導入方向に対向すること
を特徴とするＭＯＣＶＤ装置。
