  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内燃機関への吸入空気量を測定する熱線式エア
    フローメータと、 機関の運転状態パラメータを検出する運転状態
    検出手段と、 吸気温度を検出する吸気温検出手段と、 機関起動から時間に応じたエアフローメータの
    非氷結時の通常時出力特性を記憶する出力記憶手
    段と、 吸気温度が氷点下の時にエアフローメータ出力
    を出力記憶手段に記憶された対応する通常時出力
    と比較し、その差が所定値以上の時にエアフロー
    メータを氷結と判定する氷結判定手段と、 氷結判定時にエアフローメータの出力以外の運
    転状態パラメータを使用して基本噴射量を演算し
    、通常時にエアフローメータの出力を使用して基
    本噴射量を演算する基本噴射量演算手段と、 氷結判定時に限り、氷結判定後のエアフローメ
    ータ出力と出力記憶手段に記憶された対応する通
    常時出力とを比較し、その差が所定値未満の時に
