ーハ支持点、１１ａ，１１ｂ……位置規制爪、１
２ａ〜１２ｄ……摺動規制機構。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハを運搬用キヤリアと石英等でで
きた熱処理用治具相互間で移し替えるウエーハ立
替装置において、熱処理用治具定置位置で熱処理
用治具と共に移動するウエーハを垂直に位置規制
するウエーハ厚さの１．１〜１．３倍の幅を持つ
位置補正爪と、 ウエーハ突き上げを行うプツシヤに、ウエーハ
厚さの２〜４倍の幅を持つウエーハ規制溝を備え
たことを特徴とするウエーハ立替装置。
