Claims (6)
- 1.結晶方位rot−yを有するニオブ酸リチウム単結晶において、これがコン グルエント単結晶(1)として次の組成:Li:48.25±0.1モル及び NbO3:51.75モル+0.1モル%(合計100%)を有することを特徴 とするニオブ酸リチウム単結晶。
- 2.表面波装置に使用する基板チップを得るためのウエハ(21〜23)用バル ク結晶体(1)としての請求項1記載の単結晶の使用。
- 3.電気光学素子としての請求項1記載の単結晶の使用。
- 4.光導波体用基板としての請求項3記載の単結晶の使用。
- 5.非直線性光学素子としての請求項1記載の単結晶の使用。
- 6.Li:48.25±0.1モル%及びNbO3:51.75+0.1モル% (合計100%)を有する、コングルエント融液からチョクラルスキー法により 引上げることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単結晶の製法。
