Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基準電圧源とバイアス電流源を直流可変電源に
    直列接続すると共に、上記基準電圧源にコレクタ
    抵抗を介して駆動トランジスタを並列接続し、か
    つ、分流トランジスタと負荷抵抗との直列接続を
    上記電源に並列接続して上記各トランジスタにて
    カレントミラー回路を構成し、 定負荷電流を流す定電流回路において、 分流トランジスタのエミツタに直列にエミツタ
    抵抗を付加し、かつ、上記電源の高電位側、又は
    それに依存する端子と分流トランジスタのエミツ
    タとの間に、電源電圧の上昇に伴つて生じる負荷
    電流の増加分を打ち消して負荷電流を一定にする
    抵抗を付加したことを特徴とする定電流回路。
