Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケースに形成された第１の導圧管部に連通する
    第１および第４の圧力室と、上記ケースに形成さ
    れた第２の導圧管部に連通する第２および第３の
    圧力室と、上記第１の圧力室と上記第２の圧力室
    の隔壁および上記第３と第４の圧力室の隔壁とな
    るとともに同一形状ならびに同一電気的特性を有
    する第１、第２のダイヤフラムを配設しかつチツ
    プ面をシリコン油膜で被覆された二つの導体チツ
    プと、第１、第２のダイヤフラムと、この第１、
    第２のダイヤフラム上に形成され上記第１、第２
    のダイヤフラムが上記第１、第２の導圧管部に生
    じる差圧によつて応動するとき、互いに同値で逆
    位相の信号を出力する第１、第２のブリツジ回路
    と、この第１、第２のブリツジ回路の信号出力を
    それぞれ差動増幅する第１および第２の差動増幅
    器とを備えた圧力センサ。
