セルフポンプ式車高調整装置の縦断面図で、車高
調整装置の切換弁が車高ダウン位置にあるときの
状態を示している。第２図は切換弁が車高アツプ
位置にあるときの車高調整装置の縦断面図、第３
図は車高調整装置内の切換弁としてのスプール弁
により作用されるプツシユロツドの斜視図である
。 ３……シリンダ、４……ピストン、６……ピス
トンロツド、Ａ……ポンプ室、１……第一の油圧
緩衝器、９，２４……懸架ばね、Ｂ……油圧ジヤ
ツキ室、３８……切換弁、５３……第一のチエツ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に油室を有するシリンダ内を、先端に
    ピストンを有するピストンロツドが侵出入するこ
    とによりシリンダ内部にポンプ室を形成する第一
    の油圧緩衝器を備え、車体側と車軸側との間に懸
    架されるばねのセツト荷重を調整して車高を調整
    するために第一の油圧緩衝器を外側に設けられた
    油圧ジヤツキ室と前記ポンプ室を連通する油路に
    車高をアツプ位置とダウン位置に切り換えるため
    の切換弁を有する自動二輪車用油圧緩衝器のセル
    フポンプ式車高調整装置であつて、車高調整装置
    の油路に並列の油路を形成し、この並列の油路に
    共通の切換弁としてスプール弁を設け、スプール
    弁の下流の並列の油路の一方に車高アツプのため
    に上流から下流への流れのみを許す第一のチエツ
    クバルブを設けると共に、他方の油路にはスプー
    ル弁により作用されたときに車高ダウンのために
    下流から上流への流れのみを許す第二のチエツク
    バルブを設け、スプール弁に可撓性ワイヤを連結
    して遠隔操作できるようにしたことを特徴とする
    セルフポンプ式車高調整装置。 (2) さらに、前記ポンピング作用を行う第一の
    油圧緩衝器とは別の第二の油圧緩衝器にジヤツキ
    室を設け、このジヤツキ室を、第一と第二のチエ
    ツクバルブの下流で第一の油圧緩衝器のジヤツキ
    室と連通させたことを特徴とする、請求項１に記
    載のセルフポンプ式車高調整装置。
