Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ロボツトアームに接続されたツールチエン
    ジヤーの基板と該ツールチエンジヤーを載置する
    ための載置台とに、それぞれ位置認識部材を配設
    し、両認識部材によりツールチエンジヤーの位置
    を制御するようにしたことを特徴とするツールチ
    エンジヤーの位置制御装置。 (2) 前記位置認識部材が、ツールチエンジヤー
    の基板に設けた標的とそれに対応する載置台に設
    けた標的とからなることを特徴とする請求項１記
    載のツールチエンジヤーの位置制御装置。 (3) 前記位置認識部材が、ガン側ツールチエン
    ジヤーの基板に対して水平に投光する前記載置台
    上に配設された発光体と該発光体の投光方向に対
    して直角に向けたツールチエンジヤーの基板に設
    けた鏡とからなることを特徴とする請求項１記載
    のツールチエンジヤー位置制御装置。 (4) 載置台上に載置された溶接ガン側のツール
    チエンジヤーにロボツトアームに接続されたツー
    ルチエンジヤーを接続するものにおいて、ロボツ
    トアーム側のツールチエンジヤーの基板及び溶接
    ガン側のツールチエンジヤーの基板にそれぞれ位
    置認識部材を配設し、両認識部材によりロボツト
    アーム側のツールチエンジヤーの位置を制御する
    ようにしたことを特徴とするツールチエンジヤー
    野位置制御装置。 (5) 前記位置認識部材が、ロボツトアーム側の
    ツールチエンジヤーの基板に設けた標的とそれに
    対応する載置台上に載置された溶接ガン側のツー
    ルチエンジヤーの基板に設けた標的とからなるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項４記載のツールチエンジヤ
    ーの位置制御装置。 (6) 前記位置認識部材が、ロボツトアーム側の
    ツールチエンジヤーの基板を貫通する複数のピン
    と載置台上に載置された溶接ガン側のツールチエ
    ンジヤーの基板上のマークとからなることを特徴
    とする請求項４記載のツールチエンジヤーの位置
    制御装置。
