Claims (1)
- レーザより出射する光を固定光路と可変光路と
に分離し、改めてその二光を重ね合せて夫々の干
渉をとり両光の位相差を検知するマイケルソン型
干渉計において、両光路を構成するプリズムの光
入射面が入射軸に対し垂直より偏角したことを特
徴とするマイケルソン干渉計。
