Claims (1)
- オンライン管中を流れる粉粒体をサンプリング
し、その粉粒体について自動で少なくとも異物検
査を行なつて異物を除去する粉粒体検査装置であ
つて、サンプリングノズルでサンプリングされた
粉粒体を常時所定量だけ貯留する供給ホツパと、
供給ホツパから粉粒体を少量ずつ切出して回転テ
ーブル表面に粉流体を一層に並ぶよう連続して供
給する供給装置と、回転テーブル表面に載せられ
た状態で運搬される粉粒体を撮影して異物を検出
する撮影装置と、回転テーブル表面から異物を除
去する異物除去装置と、回転テーブル表面から異
物除去後の粉粒体を除去する良品除去装置と、良
品除去装置により除去された粉粒体を任意の量だ
け一時貯留する計量ホツパとを備え、供給ホツパ
の上記所定量はこれを越える量の粉粒体が供給ホ
ツパに連結されたオーバーフロー管から排出され
ることにより維持されるようになつており、上記
所定量は供給装置による切出し量より僅かに多く
なるよう設定されており、サンプリングノズルに
よるサンプリング量は供給装置による切出し量よ
り多くなるよう設定されていることを特徴とする
粉粒体検査装置。
