Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部にそれぞれヒータを備えた予熱部とリフロ
    ー部とが設けられた炉を備えており、炉の上下の
    中間部に搬送路が設けられた輻射型はんだリフロ
    ー装置において、 炉の予熱部およびリフロー部における搬送路の
    直上に設けられた排気装置と、炉の予熱部および
    リフロー部における搬送路よりも上方の部分に設
    けられ、かつ排気装置の上方に入口が、前後両端
    部に出口がそれぞれ形成された雰囲気循環ダクト
    と、雰囲気ガスを雰囲気循環ダクト内に循環させ
    るフアンと、予熱部とリフロー部に外部から取入
    れた気体を供給する手段とを備えていることを特
    徴とするはんだリフロー装置。
