Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は使い捨てオシメなどの吸収性製品に関するもの
であり、特に製品の吸収能力を改良するガスケット カ
フスおよびバリヤ カフスを有する吸収性製品に関する
ものである。
［従来技術と問題点］ 使い捨てオシメおよび大人用失禁ブリーブなどの吸収性
製品の主たる機能は人体の分泌物を吸収し収容するため
にある。これらの製品は、分泌物が衣類その他、着用者
と接触する寝具などの物品を汚し、濡らしまたは汚染す
る事を防止するためのものである。このような製品につ
いて見られる最も一般的な失敗の例は、分泌物がこの製
品の中に直接に吸収されずに製品と着用者のウェストま
たは脚との間に隙間を通して隣接の衣類まで漏出する場
合である。これは吸収性製品によって容易に吸収されず
吸収性製品の上面で“浮遊”する傾向のある排泄された
糞の場合に最も明白である。
1975年１月14日にケネス バークレイビュエルに発行さ
れた米国特許第3,860,003号に開示されているような最
近の使い捨てオシメは、トップシートと、バックシート
と、吸収性コアと、着心地と分泌物収容能力を改良する
弾性脚フラップとを有する。これらの弾性脚フラップは
オシメの縁と隣接衣類との間の液体不透過性バリヤを成
し、さらに着用者の脚の回りにガスケット作用を成すが
故に、液体で濡れたオシメからこのオシメの縁に接触す
る衣類への浸出作用およびあふれ作用を防止するのに一
般的に有効である。しかしこのような構造の有効性にも
かかわらず、分泌物、特に排泄された糞が弾性の脚フラ
ップを通して漏れ着用者の衣類を汚す場合がある。これ
は、オシメがこのような物の自由流出を拘束する事がで
きず、またこれを内部に保持する構造を成していないの
で、このような物がトップシートの上面を自由に浮動す
る際に弾性脚フラップを通り抜けるからである。
［発明の目的および効果］ 従って本発明の目的は、改良された収容能力を有する吸
収性製品を提供するにある。
本発明の他の目的は、分泌物の漏出を拘束するバリヤと
して作用するバリヤ カフスを有する吸収性製品を提供
するにある。
本発明のさらに他の目的は、分泌物の漏出に対して二重
拘束作用を成し、特に糞に対する吸収性製品の収容能力
を改良するように、弾性圧縮性のガスケット カフスと
バリヤ カフスとを有する吸収性製品を提供するにあ
る。
また本発明の他の目的は、製品を着用したときにトップ
シートの上面上方に持ち上げられて、分泌物を内部に拘
束し保持するチャンネルを形成するバリヤ カフスを有
する吸収性製品を提供するにある。
［発明の概要］ 本発明によれば、液体透過性トップシートと、液体不透
過性バックシートと、トップシートとバックシートとの
間に配置された吸収性コアと、少なくとも１個の弾性収
縮性ガスケット カフスと、少なくとも１個のバリヤ
カフスとを有するオシメなどの一体型使い捨て吸収性製
品が提供される。バリヤ カフスは近位縁と遠位縁とを
有する。さらにこの吸収性製品は前記の遠位縁をトップ
シートの上面から離間するためのスペーサ手段を備え
る。また、接着剤手段によりバリヤ カフスの末端部分
を閉鎖状態に固着する。遠位縁がトップシートの上面か
ら離間されているので、少なくとも股区域において近位
縁と遠位縁との間にチャンネルが形成される。
本発明の実施態様のオシメを着用したとき、バックシー
トが股区域においては着用者の内腿と会陰に沿って、ま
た後ウェスト区域においては着用者の臀部に沿って立ち
上がる。吸収性コアによって直接に吸収されない分泌
物、特に糞がバリヤ カフスに接触してチャンネルの中
に収容保持されるのでオシメと着用者の脚またはウェス
トとの隙間から漏出しないから、漏出防止作用が増進さ
れる。またこのような分泌物がバリヤ カフスを越えて
流出したとしても、ガスケット カフスが着用者の脚ま
たはウェスト回りに追加的液体不透過バリヤを成すの
で、漏出防止作用がさらに増進される。
［実施例］ 以下、本発明を図面に示す実施例について詳細に説明す
る。これらの図において同一の数字は同様の要素を示す
ために使用される。
この明細書において、“一体的使い捨て吸収性製品”と
は、身体の分泌物を吸収し収容する製品に関するもので
あり、さらに詳しくは、身体から排泄される種々の分泌
物を吸収し収容するため着用者の身体に当接または近接
して配置され、１回の使用後に放棄され（すなわち洗濯
され、またはその他の方法で貯蔵されあるいは再使用さ
れず）、また別個のホルダーまたはライナーなどの取り
扱い部材を必要としないが故に単一体である製品を言
う。本発明の一体的使い捨て吸収性製品、使い捨てオシ
メ20の好ましい実施態様を第１図に示す。ここに、オシ
メとは、一般に幼児と失禁者が胴体下部に着用する衣類
を言う。しかし本発明は、失禁用ブリーフなど、他の一
体的使い捨て製品にも適用されるものと理解されたい。
第１図は本発明のオシメ20の平坦な引き伸ばされた状態
（すなわち、すべての弾性部材による収縮を引き伸ばし
た状態）の平面図であって、このオシメの構造を一層明
瞭に示すために構造の一部を除去し、着用者と接触する
オシメの部分を上にして示す図である。第１図において
オシメ20は、前ウエスト部分22と、後ウエスト部分24
と、股部分26と、外周28とを有し、この外周28はオシメ
20の外側縁によって画成されて、縦縁30と末端縁32とを
含む。オシメ20は横方向中心線34と縦方向中心線36とを
有する。
オシメ20は下記の要素を含む。液体透過性トップシート
38,その表面を40とする；液体透過性バックシート42;吸
収性コア44、このコア両側縁46を含み、吸収層48と第一
および第二ティッシュ層50,52を含む；一対のテープ・
タブ ファスナー54;縁フラップ58とフラップ弾性部材6
0とを含むガスケット カフス56;それぞれ近位縁64,遠
位縁66,内側面68,外側面70,第一端部72および第二端部7
4を有するバリヤ カフス62;およびバリヤカフスの遠位
縁66をトップシート38の上面40から離間するためのスペ
ーサ弾性部材77などのスペーサ部材76。オシメ20はさら
に、各バリヤ カフス62の第一端部と第二端部72,74を
相互に接着閉鎖するためのグルービーズ79などの接着手
段78を含む。接着手段78の配置された区域はそれぞれ前
閉鎖区域80および後閉鎖区域82と呼ばれる。トップシー
ト38、吸収性コア44,バックシート42および弾性収縮性
ガスケット カフス56は公知の種々の形状に組立てる事
ができ、好ましいオシメの構造は、1975年１月14日、K.
B.ビュエルに発行された米国特許第3,860,003号、“使
い捨てオシメの収縮性両側部分”に記載されている。こ
れを引用として加える。
第１図はオシメ20の好ましい実施態様を示し、この場合
にトップシート38とバックシート42は同延長を有し、吸
収性コア44より全体として大なる長さ寸法と幅寸法とを
有する。トップシート38がバックシート42の上に重ね合
わされて、オシメ20の外周28を成す。外周28はオシメ20
の外周すなわち縁部を成す。この外周28は、末端縁32と
縦縁30とを含む。
オシメ20は前ウエスト部分22と後ウエスト部分24とを有
し、これらのウエスト部分はそれぞれオシメ20の外周28
の末端縁32からオシメ20の横中心線34に向かって、オシ
メ20の長さの約1/4〜約1/3の長さ延在している。これら
のウエスト部分は、オシメ20を着用したときに着用者の
ウエストを包囲する部分を成す。股部分26は、ウエスト
部分22と24との中間部分であって、着用されたときに着
用者の両脚の間に配置された胴体下部を覆う部分を成
す。
第２図は第１図の２−２線に沿った部分断面図であっ
て、オシメ20の前ウエスト部分22の構造を示す（オシメ
20の後ウエスト部分24の構造は前ウエスト部分22の構造
と同一であると了解されたい）。吸収性コア44は吸収性
層48を含み、この層は第一および第二のティッシュ層50
と52によって完全に包囲されている。吸収性コア44はト
ップシート38とバックシート42との間に配置される。こ
れらトップシート38とバックシート42のいずれも吸収性
コア44の縦縁46から突出して両側フラップ58を成してい
る。トップシート38とバックシート42の並置区域は接着
剤層88によって相互に接着されている。好ましい実施態
様において、フラップの弾性部材60は前ウエスト部分22
の中まで延長されないので、この部分にはガスケット
カフス56は形成されない。バリヤ カフス62はトップシ
ート38に固着された別個の要素として示されている。そ
の近位縁64はトップシート38に対して接着剤92によって
接着する事によって形成される。内側面68はトップシー
ト38の面40に対して接着剤78によって接着されている。
従って、遠位縁66が閉鎖されている（すなわち、遠位端
はトップシート38の面40から離間されていない）。この
ウエスト部分では、遠位縁66がトップシート38の面40か
ら離間されないので、この部分ではスペーサ弾性部分77
が配置されていない事を注意しょう。従って、この部分
ではバリヤ カフス62は開かれていず、また身体の分泌
物の流れを止める事ができない。
第３図は第１図の３−３線に沿って取られた部分断面図
であって、オシメ20を着用者に着用させる前の股部分26
の構造を示す（すなわちオシメ20が弾性的に収縮された
状態）。吸収性コア44は吸収性層48を含み、この層は第
一および第二のティッシュ層50と52とによって完全に包
囲されている。吸収性コア44はトップシート38とバック
シート42との間に配置され、これらのトップシート38と
バックシート42はいずれも吸収性コア44の縦縁46から突
出して、両側フラップ58を成す。トップシート38とバッ
クシート42の並置区域は交互に接着剤88によって接着さ
れている。またトップシート38とバックシート42は、外
周28の縦縁30に隣接した位置にフラップ弾性部材60を密
閉している。このフラップ弾性部材60は弾性取り付け手
段90によって、フラップ58のトップシート38とバックシ
ート42に固着されている。このようにして、フラップ58
と弾性部材60とによって、弾性収縮性ガスケット カフ
ス56が形成される。この実施態様においてはバリヤ カ
フス62は、前記のフラップ弾性部材60と吸収コア44の縁
46との間においてトップシート38に要素を固着する事に
よって形成される。バリヤ カフス要素をトップシート
38に対して接着剤92によって固着する事によって、バリ
ヤ カフスの近位縁64が形成される。バリヤ カフスの
一端をそれ自体の上に折り返して形成されたトンネルの
中に、スペーサ弾性部材77が密閉される。スペーサ弾性
部材77はバリヤ カフスの中に弾性取り付け手段94によ
って固着される。バリヤ カフスの遠位縁66がスペーサ
弾性部材77の弾性収縮作用によってトップシート38の上
面40から離間され、少なくとも近位縁64と、遠位縁66
と、バリヤ カフス62の内側面68とによってチャンネル
96が形成される。チャンネル96は図においては、オシメ
20が着用者から除去されるまで、分泌物を抑止し保持す
る状態に示されている。
トップシート38は着用者の皮膚に対して柔軟で、柔らか
い感触を与え、刺激しない。また、トップシート38は、
液体をその厚さを通して容易に透過させる透過性であ
る。適当なトップシート38は、多孔性フォーム、網状フ
ォーム、アパチュアプラスチックフィルム、天然繊維
（例えば木質繊維あるいは綿繊維）、合成繊維（例えば
ポリエステルあるいはポリプロピレンファイバ）または
天然繊維と合成繊維との組合せなど、広い範囲の材料か
ら製造する事ができる。好ましくは、着用者の皮膚を吸
収性コア44の中の液体から離間するために疎水性材料で
作る。
特に好ましいトップシート38は、デラウエア、ウイルミ
ングトンのハーキュリーズ社製のハーキュリー151型ポ
リプロピレンなど、約1.5デニールを有するステープル
長のポリプロピレンファイバーを含む。ここに、“ステ
ープル長のファイバー”とは、少なくとも約15.9mm（0.
625インチ）の長さを有するファイバーを言う。
トップシート38は製造に使用される多く技術がある。例
えば、トップシート38を織布とし、不織布とし、スパン
ボンド布とし、カードなどとする事ができる。好ましい
トップシート38はカードであって、業界公知のように加
熱結合される。好ましくは、トップシート38は、約18〜
約25g毎平方メートルの重量と、マシン方向において少
なくとも約400g毎センチメートルの最小乾燥引っ張り強
さと、クロスマシン方向において少なくとも約55g毎セ
ンチメートルの湿潤引っ張り強さとを有する。
吸収性コア44は、一般的に圧縮性の、形状適合性の、着
用者の皮膚を刺激せず、液体と身体のある種の分泌物を
吸収して保持する事のできる任意の手段とする事ができ
る。好ましい吸収性コア44は第一面と第二面とを有し、
吸収性層48と第一および第二ティッシュ層50,52とを含
む。第一および第二ティッシュ層50,52は吸収性層48の
主面に重なって、吸収性コアの第一および第二対向面を
成す。
吸収性層48は、種々のサイズおよび形状に作られ（長方
形、砂時計状など）、一般にエアフェルトと呼ばれる粉
砕木材パルプなど、使い捨てオシメおよびその他の吸収
性製品に通常使用される各種の液体吸収性材料から作ら
れる。他の適応な吸収性材料の例は、クレープ セルロ
ーズ ワッディング、吸収性フォーム、吸収性スポン
ジ、超吸収性重合体、またはその他の任意の同等の材料
または材料組み合わせを含む。しかし、吸収性層86の全
吸収容量はオシメ20の使用目的において予想される分泌
物挿入量と両立するものでなければならない。また、吸
収性層48のサイズと吸収容量は、幼児から大人までの着
用者に対応するように変動されなければならない。
第１図に示すオシメ20の好ましい実施態様は、砂時計状
の吸収性層48を有し、約5kgから約12kg（約12ポンドか
ら約26ポンド）の体重の幼児によって着用されるための
ものである。吸収性層48に使用されるエアフェルトは約
30〜56kgであり、全体として均一なキャリパを有し、約
８〜16gの水分毎吸収性材料ｇの吸収容量を有する。し
かし吸収性層48のサイズ、形状、形態および全吸収容量
は幼児から大人までの着用者に適合するように変動させ
る事ができる。従って吸収性層48の寸法、形状および形
態を変動させて、例えば吸収性層が変動キャリパまたは
親水性グラジエントを有し、または超吸収性材料を含有
する事ができる。故に好ましくは、吸収性層は、幅約32
cm（横寸法）、長さ約45cm（縦寸法）、股部分の最狭部
の横寸法約7cmを有するエアフェルトの塊である。
第一および第二ティッシュ層50,52は吸収性コア44の引
っ張り強度を改良し、また吸収性層48が濡れたときに分
裂し、塊を成し、または球状を成す傾向を低下させる。
第一および第二ティッシュ層50と52は吸収された分泌物
の横方向浸透を助長し、これにより吸収性層48全体に分
泌物を均等に分布させる。第一および第二ティッシュ層
50,52の製造のために多数の材料と製造技術を使用する
事ができるが、約16g毎平方メートル（10ポンド/3000平
方フィート）の坪量と、約12.8ミリメートル水柱（1/2
インチ）の差圧で約30.5立方メートル毎分毎平方メート
ル（100立方フィート毎分毎平方フィート）の空気透過
率を有するティッシュペーパによって満足な結果が得ら
れた。第一および第二ティッシュ層50と52は好ましくは
吸収性層48と同延長とする事ができるが、相異なる寸法
と形状を有し、またはこれを全く省略する事ができる。
吸収性コア44はバックシート42上に重ね合わされ、好ま
しくは業界公知のような取り付け手段（図示されず）に
よって取り付けられる。例えば接着剤の均一な連続層、
接着剤のパタン層、または接着剤の個別のラインまたは
点の列によって、吸収性コア44をバックシート42に対し
て接着する事ができる。有効と思われる接着剤は、テネ
シー、キングスポート、イースタン ケミカルプロダク
ツ社製の商標Eastobond A-3で市販されているものであ
る。
バックシート42は液体不透過性であって、好ましくは薄
いプラスチックフィルムによって製造されが、他の可撓
性液体不透過材料を使用する事もできる。バックシート
42は、吸収性コア44の中に吸収され包蔵された分泌物が
ベッドシート、下着などオシメ20と接触する物を濡らす
事を防止する。好ましくは、バックシート42は、約0.01
2mm（0.5ミル）乃至約0.051cm（2.0ミル）の厚さを有す
るポリエチレンフィルムとするが、他の可撓性液体透過
性材料を使用する事ができる。ここに、“可撓性”と
は、形状適合性であって、人体の一般的形状と輪郭に容
易に一致する材料を言う。
適当なポリエチレンフィルムはモンサント ケミカル社
によって製造され、商標Film No.8020で市販されてい
る。好ましくはバックシート42は、布状外観を与えるた
め、エスボン処理され、および／またはつや消し仕上げ
されている。さらにバックシート42は、分泌物の透過を
防止しながら、吸収性コア44から水蒸気を脱出させる。
バックシート42のサイズは、選ばれた吸収性コア44のサ
イズと正確なオシメのデザインによって決定される。好
ましい実施態様においては、バックシート42は、オシメ
20の外周28全体から少なくとも約1.3cm〜2.5cm（約0.5
〜約1.0インチ）の最小距離、吸収性コア44から突出し
た変形砂時計の形状を有する。
トップシート38とバックシート42は任意適当に結合され
る。この場合、“結合”とはトップシート38を直接にバ
ックシート42に固着する事によりトップシート38をバッ
クシート42に直接結合する構造と、トップシート38を介
在部材に対して固着し、この介在部材をバックシート42
に固着する事によりトップシート38をバックシート42に
間接的に接合する構造とを包括する。好ましい実施態様
において、トップシート38とバックシート42はオシメ20
の外周28において、接着剤88など業界公知の固着手段に
よって相互に直接に接合される。例えば、接着剤の均一
連続層、接着剤のパタン層、または接着剤の個別のライ
ンまたは点の列を使用する事ができる。
オシメ20を着用者の上に保持する締結手段として、オシ
メ20の後ウェスト部分24に対してテープ・タブ ファス
ナー54を取り付ける事ができる。テープ・タブ ファス
ナー54は、1974年11月19日にK.B.ビュエルに発行された
米国特許第3,848,594号に記載された型の締結テープな
ど、業界公知の任意のものとする事ができる。このテー
プ・タブ ファスナー54またはピンなどの他のオシメ締
結手段は、代表的にはオシメ20の“使用”状態での上縁
近くに取り付けられる。
弾性収縮性のガスケット カフス56は、オシメ20の着用
者の脚部に引っ張って当接保持するように、オシメ20の
外周28に隣接して、好ましくは各縦縁30に沿って配置さ
れ、あるいは、ガスケット カフス56をオシメ20の末端
縁32の一方または両方に隣接して配置し、脚カフスでは
なくウェストカフスを成す事ができる。ガスケット カ
フス56はオシメ業界公知の任意の手段とする事ができる
が、特に好ましいガスケット カスフ構造は、米国特許
第3,860,003号に詳細に記載のように可撓性両側フラッ
プ58とフラップ弾性部材60とを含む事ができる。また弾
性収縮性ガスケット カフス56を有する使い捨てオシメ
の製造に適した方法および装置が、1978年３月28日にK.
B.ビュエルに発行された米国特許第4,081,301号“使い
捨て吸収性製品の特定の離間部分に個別の引き伸ばされ
た弾性ストランドを連続的に取り付ける方法および装
置”に記載されている。この特許を引用として加える。
両側フラップ58は、弾性部材60がこのフラップ58のギャ
ザをよせて着用者の脚またはウェスト回りにガスケット
カフス56を成すように高度に可撓性で収縮性でなけれ
ばならない。両側フラップ58は、オシメ20の外周28と吸
収性コア44の縦縁46の間の部分である。故に第１図に示
す本発明の好ましい実施態様においては、両側フラップ
58は、少なくとも股部分26においてオシメ20の吸収性コ
ア44の縁46から突出したバックシート42とトップシート
38の延長部によって構成される。
フラップ弾性部材60は、両側フラップ58に対して弾性的
に収縮した状態で固着されているので、通常の非拘束状
態においてはフラップ弾性部材60は両側フラップ58を確
実に収縮させまたはギャザ寄せしている。フラップ弾性
部材60は両側フラップ58に対して少なくとも２種の方法
で弾性的に収縮した状態に固着する事ができる。例えば
両側フラップ58が自由な状態にある間に、フラップ弾性
部材60が引き伸ばされて両側フラップ58に対して固着さ
れる。あるいは、両側フラップ58を例えば、ひだ寄せに
よって収縮させ、緩んだまたは引き伸ばされない状態に
あるフラップ弾性部材60を収縮した両側フラップ58に固
着する事ができる。
第１図の実施態様においては、フラップ弾性部材60はオ
シメ20の股部分26の両側フラップ58の実質的に全長に延
在している。あるいはこのフラップ弾性部材60がオシメ
20の全長に延在する事ができ、または、弾性収縮性ガス
ケットカフスを成すに適当なその他の任意の長さとする
事ができる。フラップ弾性部材60の長さはオシメのデザ
インによって決定される。
第３図に示すオシメ20の構造においては、フラップ弾性
部材６は、これを弾性取り付け手段90によって両側フラ
ップ58に固着する事によって取り付けられている。弾性
取り付け手段90は可撓性であって、またフラップ弾性部
材60をその引き伸ばされた状態に保持するに十分な接着
性を有しなければならない。弾性取り付け手段90はこの
場合好ましくはウイスコンシン、エルムグルーブ、フィ
ンドレ アドヘッシブからFindley Adhesives 581とし
て市販されているような熱融解性接着剤から成るグルー
ビーズが好ましい。フラップ弾性部材60をオシメ20に
対して配置し固着する方法のさらに詳細な説明は、1981
年３月３日、ストリクランドおよびビッシャに発行され
た米国特許第4.253,461号およびビュエルに発行された
米国特許第4,081,301号に記載されている。この両方の
特許を引用として加える。
適当とみなされたフラップ弾性部材60は、バージニア、
スチュアート、イーストハンプトン ラバー スレッド
社から商標Ｌ−1900 Rubber Compoundとして市販されて
いる天然ゴムから成る断面積0.18mm×1.5mmの弾性スト
ランドである。他の適当なフラップ弾性部材60は、ノー
スカロライナ、スコットランド、ファルフレックス社製
造の商標Fulflex 9211で市販されている弾性テープなど
の天然ゴム製品で作る事ができる。またフラップ弾性部
材60は業界公知のような任意の熱収縮性弾性材料を含む
事ができる。その他の適当なフラップ弾性部材60は、弾
性フィルム、ポリウレタンフィルム、エラストマーフォ
ームおよび成形弾性スクリムなど、業界公知の各種の材
料を含む事ができる。
さらに、フラップ弾性部材60は種々の形状を取る事がで
きる。例えばフラップ弾性部材60の幅は、約0.25mm（0.
01インチ）〜約25mm（1.0インチ）またはこれ以上に変
動する事ができる。またフラップ弾性部材60は弾性材料
の１本のストランドから成り、また弾性材料の数本の平
行なまたは非平行なストランドから成る事ができる。あ
るいは、フラップ弾性部材60は直線形または曲線形とす
る事ができる。さらにフラップ弾性部材60は業界公知の
任意の方法によってオシメ20に対して固着する事ができ
る。例えば、種々の結合パタンにより、オシメ20の中に
超音波結合、または加熱／加圧密着する事ができ、また
単にオシメ20に対して接着剤で接着する事ができる。
各バリヤ カフス62は、近位縁64、遠位縁66、内側面68
および外側面70を有する可撓性部材である。ここに可撓
性とは、形状適合性であって、身体の全体形状と輪郭に
容易に一致する材料を言う。またもしスペーサ手段76が
スペーサ弾性部材77を含むものであれば、バリヤ カフ
ス62は収縮性であって、その遠位縁66がトップシート38
の面40から十分に離間されてチャンネル96を成し、分泌
物をオシメ20の中に拘束し、収容しまた保持するように
しなければならない。バリヤ カフス62は、ポリプロピ
レン、ポリエステル、レーヨン、ナイロン、フォーム、
プラスチックフィルム、成形フィルムおよび弾性フォー
ムなど各種の材料で製造する事ができる。またバリヤ
カフス62を製造するために種々の製造技術を使用する事
ができる。例えば、バリヤカフス62を織布とし、不織布
とし、スパンボンド布とし、カードとしまたは類似のも
のとする事ができる。特に好ましいバリヤ カフス62は
これを液体不透過性とするために、表面仕上剤または界
面活性剤を含有しないポリプロピレン材料を含む。特定
の好まいポリプロピレン材料は、クラウン ゼラバッチ
社からCELESTRAとして市販されている。
第１図と第３図に見られるように、バリヤ カフス62、
特にその近位縁64はガスケット カフス56の内側に、好
ましくはこれに隣接して配置されている。“内側”と
は、それぞれのガスケット カフス56を配置するオシメ
20の縁に対して平行な中心線36に向かう方向である。バ
リヤ カフス62がガスケット カフス56の内側に配置さ
れるので、分泌物、特に容易に吸収されずトップシート
38の面40に沿って浮遊する糞がガスケット カフス56に
達するまでにバリヤカフス62と接触する。バリヤ カフ
ス62はこのようにガスケット カフス56に隣接配置され
て、分泌物の流れに対する有効な二重の抑制作用を成
す。バリヤ カフス62は、好ましくはガスケット カフ
ス56のフラップ弾性部材60とオシメ20の縦中心線36との
間に配置される。特に好ましくは、バリヤ カフス62
は、オシメ20の股部分26において、フラップ弾性部材60
と、吸収性コア44の縁46との間に配置される。
バリヤ カフス62の近位縁64と遠位縁66は相互に離間さ
れて、バリヤ カフス62の幅を限定している。近位縁64
と遠位縁66は、相互に平行、非平行、直線または曲線と
する事ができる。さらにバリヤ カフス62は円形、正方
形、長方形または第３図に図示のようなその他の任意の
形状の断面形状を有する事ができる。好ましくは、近位
縁64が遠位縁66から平行に直線的に離間されて、均一幅
のバリヤ カフス62を成す。各バリヤ カフス62は、好
ましくは少なくとも約5mm、好ましくは約10mm〜約25mm
の幅を有する。
第１図に図示のオシメ20の好ましい実施態様はトップシ
ート38に接合されたバリヤ カフス62を備えている。こ
こに用語“接合”とは、バリヤ カフス62をオシメ20に
固着する任意の手段を意味し、バリヤ カフス62がトッ
プシート38に直接または間接に取り付けられた近位縁64
を有する別個の要素である場合（すなわち複合型）、あ
るいはバリヤ カフス62がトップシート38と同一の要素
または素材から成り、その近位縁64がトップシート38の
連続不可分要素である場合（すなわち一体型）とを含
む。あるいはバリヤ カフス62を両側フラップ58、バッ
クシート42、吸収性コア44、トップシート38、またはこ
れらの要素あるいはその他の要素の任意の組合せに接合
する事ができる。好ましいオシメ20においては、バリヤ
カフス62がトップシート38と複合組み立て体を成す。
複合型バリヤ カフス62は好ましくは、トップシート38
に対して接着剤92によって接着された１本のストリップ
によって形成され、その遠位縁66は材料末端を折り返す
事によって形成される。
好ましくは遠位縁66は近位縁64の内側に配置されて、分
泌物の流れに対して一層有効なバリヤを成す。これらの
縁の位置の逆転を防止するため、縁位縁66を接着剤78に
よって近位縁64の内側に保持する。あるいは遠位縁66を
近位縁64に対して他の位置に配置する事ができるが、こ
のような位置は好ましくない。
遠位縁66は少なくともオシメ20の股部分26においては、
トップシート38の上側面40から離間されるように他の要
素に固着されない事が好ましい。好ましくは、バリヤ
カフス62がチャンネル96を形成してオシメ20の収容能力
を増大するように、その遠位縁66がトップシート38の上
面40から離間される。この場合、“離間”とは、遠位縁
66がトップシート38の上面40に隣接した位置をとる場合
を含めてこの上面40に対して一つまたは複数の位置をと
る実施態様を含むものとする。遠位縁66からトップシー
ト38の上面40までの間隔は、遠位縁66がトップシート38
から最大限に離間した位置において（すなわち弾性的に
収縮した位置において）この遠位縁66からトップシート
38の最近部まで引かれた線に沿って測定される。好まし
くは、遠位縁66はトップシート38から、少なくとも約2m
m、さらに好ましくは約5mm（約1/4″）乃至約10mm（3/
8″）の高さに離間される。
チャンネル96はバリヤ カフスの少なくとも近位縁64と
遠位縁66および内側面68に沿って形成される。このチャ
ンネル96は、分泌物がトップシート38に沿って移動しま
たは浮遊するときに、これに対するバリヤを成す。この
ようにチャンネル96はオシメ20が除去されるまで分泌物
を保持し収容する。
バリヤ カフス62はさらに吸収性手段を固着されまたは
その内部に備える事ができる。この吸収性手段は、バリ
ヤ カフス62と接触する分泌物を吸収して収容する。吸
収手段は分泌物を吸収して保持する事のできる任意手段
とし、任意のサイズ、形状、構造または吸収能力を有す
る事ができる。吸収手段はバリヤ カフス62の内側面68
に沿って、またはその内部に配置する事ができる。好ま
しくは、吸収性手段は、複合型バリヤ カフスによって
形成されたトンネンルの内部に固着され、バリヤ カフ
スの内側面68の全長および全幅に沿って固着されたエア
フェルト層とする。
さらに、バリヤ カフス62は、分泌物の突破を防止する
ように不透過性とする事ができる。液体不透過性バリヤ
カフス62はこれを通過しようとする液体の運動を遅ら
せる事により、それだけ漏れ抵抗性となる。バリヤ カ
フス62は、これを特別に処理し、または処理せず、また
はバリヤ カフスに個別の部材を固着するなど、業界公
知の任意の方法によって不透過性とする事ができる。
遠位縁66をトップシート38上面40から離間するスペーサ
手段76は、分泌物の漏れを防止するためにバリヤ カフ
ス62に沿ってチャンネル96を形成させるようにバリヤ
カフス62をギャザ寄せし、収縮させ、硬化させ、短縮さ
せ、またはその他の作用を及ぼす任意の部材である。
第１図に図示のように、スペーサ手段76はバリヤ カフ
ス62の内部に遠位縁66に隣接して固着されたスペーサ弾
性部材77を含む。このスペーサ弾性部材77は、弾性的に
収縮した状態のバリヤ カフス62に対して固着され、バ
リヤ カフスの自由な状態においてスペーサ弾性部材77
がバリヤ カフス62を有効に収縮させまたはギャザ寄せ
する事が好ましい。スペーサ弾性部材77は、前記のK.B.
ビュエルに発行された米国特許第3,860,003号に記載の
ように少なくとも二つの方で、弾性的に収縮状態のバリ
ヤ カフス62に対して固着する事ができる。また、スペ
ーサ弾性部材77の長さ全体はオシメ20のデザインによっ
て決定される。第１図の実施態様においては、スペーサ
弾性部材77は股区域26においてバリヤ カフス62の全長
に沿って延在するが、他の長さを有する事もできる。
第３図に図示のように、スペーサ弾性部材77は、これを
弾性取り付け手段94をもってバリヤカフス62の内部に固
着する事によって取り付けられる。スペーサ弾性部材77
はその末端部付近のみをバリヤ カフス62に対して固着
する事もできるが、好ましくはスペーサ弾性部材77の全
長をバリヤ カフス62に対して固着する。この場合、弾
性取り付け手段94は好ましくは、ウイスコンシン、エル
ムグルーブ、フィンドレ アドヘッシブ社から商標Find
ley Adhesives 581として市販されているものなどの熱
融解性接着剤から成るグルービーズである。スペーサ弾
性部材77をバリヤ カフス62の内部に配置して固着する
方法の詳細な説明は、1978年３月28日にビューエルに発
行された米国特許第4,081,301号および1981年３月３
日、ストリクランドおよびビッシャに発行された米国特
許第4,253,461号に記載されている。これらの両方の特
許を引用として加える。各バリヤ カフス62を弾性化す
るために単数または複数のスペーサ弾性部材77を使用で
きる事を注意しなければならない。
本発明において適当であるとみなされたスペーサ弾性部
材77は、バージニア、スチュアート、イーストハンプト
ン ラバー社から商標Ｌ−1900 Rubber Compoundとして
入手される天然ゴムの断面積0.18mm×1.5mmの弾性スト
ランドである。他の適当なスペーサ弾性部材77は、ノー
スカロライナ、スコットランドのファルフレックス社か
ら商標Fulflex 9211で市販されている弾性テープなどの
天然ゴムで作られる。またスペーサ弾性部材77は業界公
知の熱収縮性弾性材料を含む事ができる。他の適当な弾
性材料はエラストマーフィルム、ポリウレタンフィル
ム、エラストマーフォームおよび成形弾性スクリムを含
めて業界公知の各種の材料とする事ができる。
さらに、スペーサ弾性部材77は多くの形状をとる事がで
きる。例えば、その幅を変更する事ができる。スペーサ
弾性部材77は弾性材料の１本のストランドまたは相互に
平行または不平行な数本のストランドから成り、あるい
は直線または曲線とする事ができる。さらに、スペーサ
弾性部材77は業界公知の任意の方法によってバリヤ カ
フス62に対して固着する事ができる。例えば、種々の結
合パタンを用いて、バリヤ カフス62の中に超音波結合
し、または加熱密着する事ができ、または単にバリヤ
カフス62に接着する事もできる。
バリヤ カフス62の遠位縁66をトップシート38上面40か
ら離間するスペーサ手段76は、他の種々の要素とする事
ができる。例えばバリヤ カフス62の内部にまはその上
に配置された補強手段乃至剛化手段（stiffening mean
s）とする事ができる。この補強手段は遠位縁66がトッ
プシート38の上面40から離間される程度に剛性でなけれ
ばならない。この補強手段の適当な材料は、フォーム、
不織布、バット、ポリエチレンフィルム、成形フィル
ム、スプレーグルー、成形エラストマー、ポリエステ
ル、ポリウレタン、またはカロライナ、フォームド フ
ァブリック社製造のハイロフト材料を含む。
またスペーサ手段76は、オシメ20の縁の長さに比較して
遠位縁66の長さを短くする手段を成す。遠位縁66はこの
遠位縁66において折り込みまたはプリーツを形成する事
によって短縮する事ができる。この折り込みまたはプリ
ーツは接着剤あるいは加熱密着など、業界公知のいずれ
かの保持手段によって固着される。あるいは、遠位縁66
の一部を切り出し、その縁を合わせて付き合わせ継目ま
たは重ね継目を形成する事ができる。また遠位縁66は、
オシメ20が平坦状態にあるときにこの遠位縁66の存在す
る位置と異なる位置に、遠位縁66の一定長をトップシー
ト38に取り付ける事によって短縮する事ができる。他の
公知の短縮技術を使用する事もできる。
閉鎖された状態のバリヤ カフス62の末端部分72と74を
トップシート38に固着する接着剤手段78が第１図と第２
図に図示されている。この接着剤手段78は、着用者にと
って着心地を良くし、このオシメ２を着用して使用する
際にバリヤ カフス62の遠位縁66の反転を防止する。こ
の反転とは、内側に配置された遠位縁66がオシメ20の着
用に際して外側に回転する場合である。第１図と第２図
に示す好ましい実施態様においては、このような接着剤
手段78はオシメ20の前ウェスト部分22と後ウェスト部分
24のそれぞれ前閉鎖区域80と後閉鎖区域82とに配置され
ている。バリヤ カフス62の他の部分は閉鎖状態に固着
されていないので、遠位縁66は自由に開放されている。
好ましい実施態様において、前閉鎖区域80が前ウェスト
部分22全体に延在し、後閉鎖区域82が後ウェスト部分24
全体に延在する。この構造は、特に糞の漏れを防止する
ために着用者の尻の回りにチャンネル96を形成するのに
好都合である。
接着剤手段78は、ウィスコンシン、エルムグローブ、フ
ィンドレー アドヘッシブズ社から商標Findley Adhesi
ves 581として市販されているものなどの加熱融解性接
着剤から成るグルービーズ79が好ましい。
第４図は、着用者に着用される前の弾性的に収縮された
状態のオシメ20の斜視図である。トップシート38はオシ
メ20の身体接触面として示され、バックシート42は着用
者の身体と反対側に配置されている。ガスケット カフ
ス56はフラップ弾性部材（第４図において図示されず）
によってギャザよせされ、または収縮されている。オシ
メ20は、ガスケット カフス56の内側に隣接して延在す
る２本のバリヤ カフス62を有する事が見られる。遠位
縁66は股区域26においてスペーサ弾性部材（図示され
ず）によってギャザよせされ収縮されてオシメ20に沿っ
て縦方向のチャンネル96を成している。さらにバリヤカ
フス62の両端72と74はそれぞれ前後の閉鎖区域80と82に
おいて閉鎖されて、着用者の着心地を良くし、バリヤ
カフス62の反転を防止し、またオシメ20の着用を容易に
している。
後ウェスト部分24を着用者の背中の下方に当て、オシメ
20の残部分を着用者の脚の間を引っ張って前ウェスト区
域22を着用者の前側に当てる事によりオシメ20を着用す
る事ができる。つぎにテープ・タブ ファスナー54の末
端をオシメ20の外側区域に固着する。このようにして、
バリヤ カフス62が着用者の股区域の中に配置され、前
述の配置と機能を示す。オシメ20が着用されると、バリ
ヤ カフス62の遠位縁66が鼠径部を通り、着用者の両側
の臀部に沿って上方に分かれる。いずれのバリヤ カフ
ス62も着用者の腿を包囲しない。しかしガスケット カ
フス56が腿を包囲して、腿に対してガスケット作用を成
す。バリヤ カフス62の反転を防止し、着用中に着用者
の着心地を良くしまた着用を容易にするため、バリヤ
カフス62の両端がトップシート38に固着されている。
第５図は着用者に着用された第１図のオシメ20の一部の
冠状図である（冠状図とは身体の縦軸線を通る正面図で
ある）。この図に図示のように、ガスケット カフス56
が脚の上に垂れ下がって着用者の腿を包囲している。バ
リヤ カフス62は両脚上に立ち上がって、股区域を通
り、着用者の両臀部に沿って上方に分かれている。バリ
ヤ カフス62は着用者の腿を包囲しない。遠位縁66はト
ップシート38の上面40から離間し、着用者の会陰に当接
している。従ってバリヤ カフス62は、オシメ20の股区
域26において着用者の会陰にピッタリと押し当てられて
いる。吸収性コア44が会陰から押し出される傾向にある
ので、チャンネル96のサイズがこの吸収性コア44の弾性
によって拡大される。その結果、オシメ20は着用者の股
区域に沿って延在するチャンネル96を有する事になる。
このようにチャンネル96が分泌物の流れに対するバリヤ
を成すので、分泌物はバリヤカフス62を越えて浸出する
事を防止される。
基本的に本発明は排泄された糞に対して特に有効な漏れ
防止性のオシメ20において、本発明を限定するつもりは
ないが、下記のようにして改良された収容特性の得られ
るオシメ20に関するものである。排泄された糞がトップ
シート38の上に排出されるとき、この糞はトップシート
38の上面40の上を流れまたは浮遊する（下記において表
面の糞と呼ぶ）。表面の糞は縦縁30に向かって流れる。
次に表面の糞はバリヤ カフスの内側面68に接触する。
通常の使用状態では、重力作用により、表面の糞は直立
バリヤ カフス62よって形成されたチャンネル96の中に
集まり、オシメ20を取り替えるまでこのチャンネル96の
中に保持される。糞がバリヤ カフス62の遠位縁66を越
えて流れるためには、着用者が直立姿勢にあるときに重
力方向と反対方向に糞がチャンネル96の中を上向きに流
れなければならないので、収容力が改良される。しかし
この糞がバリヤ カフス62を越えて流れたとしても、ガ
スケット カフス56が着用者の脚回りに両側フラップ58
をギャザ寄せしているので、このガスケット効果によっ
て糞はオシメ20からの漏出を遅らされ、このようにして
ガスケット カフス56は糞の漏出に対する第二の別個の
有効なバリヤを成し隣接衣類の汚れを防止する。
第６図は本発明のオシメ20の第２実施態様のバリヤ カ
フス662の断面を示す。一体型バリヤ カフス662は、オ
シメ構造全体（すなわち、バックシート42、吸収性コア
44およびトップシート38）をひだ寄せする事によって形
成される。ひだ寄せの後、このバリヤ カフス662の近
位縁64を接着剤98によって相互に接着する。遠位縁66を
トップシート38の上面40から離間するようにバリヤ カ
フス662のこの遠位縁66を弾性化するため、その内部に
固着されたスペーサ弾性手段77などのスペーサ手段を有
する事が好ましい。
第７図は第６図の構造の他の実施態様の断面図である。
一体型バリヤ カフス762は、本発明のオシメ20のバリ
ヤ カフス662と同様にトップシート38をＵ形に折り曲
げ、すなわちひだ寄せする事によって形成される。トッ
プシート38をそれ自体の上に折り畳んで遠位縁66を形成
し、この遠位縁66の中に形成されたトンネルの中にスペ
ーサ弾性部材77を固着する。近位縁64は、加熱融解性接
着剤から成るグルー ビーズの接着手段100によって相
互に接着される。
本発明は前記の説明のみに限定されるものでなく、その
主旨の範囲内において任意に変更実施できる。

Claims (28)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】液体透過性トップシートと、 前記のトップシートに組合わされた液体不透過性バック
    シートと、 前記のトップシートと前記のバックシートとの間に配置
    された吸収性コアと、 吸収製品の各縁に隣接して配置された弾性収縮性ガスケ
    ットカフスと、 前記のガスケットカフスに内向きに隣接して配置され、
    近位縁と遠位縁とを有するバリヤカフスと 前記バリヤーカフスと組合わされ、前記遠位縁を前記ト
    ップシートの上面から離間するスペーサー手段とを含む
    一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  2. 【請求項２】前記スペーサー手段がスペーサー弾性部材
    を有する特許請求の範囲第１項記載の一体型使い捨て吸
    収性製品。
  3. 【請求項３】前記スペーサー手段は剛化手段を有する特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  4. 【請求項４】前記スペーサー手段は吸収性製品の端の長
    さに比して前記バリヤーカフスの長さを短くする短縮手
    段を有する特許請求の範囲第１項記載の一体型使い捨て
    吸収性製品。
  5. 【請求項５】前部腰の部分、股部分および後部腰部分を
    有する吸収性製品であって、液体透過性トップシート
    と、前記のトップシートに組合わされた液体不透過性バ
    ックシートと、前記のトップシートと前記のバックシー
    トの間に配置された吸収性コアと、 吸収性製品の各縦方向端に隣接して少なくとも股区域に
    配置された弾性収縮性ガスケットカフスと、前記のガス
    ケットカフスの各々に隣接して配置され、前記ガスケッ
    トカフスに内向きに横方向に配置された近位縁と遠位縁
    とを有するバリヤーカフスと、 前記バリヤーカフスの各々に組合わされ、前記近位縁を
    前記のトップシートの上面から離間し、それによってチ
    ャンネルが形成され製品の封じ込め特性を改良するスペ
    ーサー手段とを有する一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  6. 【請求項６】前記スペーサー手段がスペーサー弾性部材
    を有する特許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い捨て吸
    収性製品。
  7. 【請求項７】前記スペーサー弾性部材が弾性ひもである
    特許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  8. 【請求項８】前記スペーサー弾性部材が熱収縮性弾性材
    料である特許請求の範囲第６項記載の一体型使い捨て吸
    収性製品。
  9. 【請求項９】前記スペーサー手段が剛化手段である特許
    請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  10. 【請求項１０】前記スペーサー手段は吸収性製品の縦方
    向の縁の長さに比し前記バリヤーカフスの長さを短くす
    る短縮手段を有する特許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型
    使い捨て吸収性製品。
  11. 【請求項１１】前記バリヤーカフスが前記トップシート
    と一体である特許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い捨
    て吸収性製品。
  12. 【請求項１２】前記バリヤーカフスがポリプロピレン材
    料である特許請求の範囲第11項記載の一体型使い捨て吸
    収性製品。
  13. 【請求項１３】前記バリヤーカフスが液体不透過性であ
    る特許請求の範囲第11項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  14. 【請求項１４】前記バリヤーカフスが前記トップシート
    と整合している特許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い
    捨て吸収性製品。
  15. 【請求項１５】前記バリヤーカフスが前記トップシー
    ト、バックシートおよび吸収性コアーと整合している特
    許請求の範囲第５項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  16. 【請求項１６】前記バリヤカフスの一部を閉鎖状態に固
    着するために前記バリヤカフスの各端部に隣接配置され
    た接着剤手段を含み少なくとも股部分の前記バリヤカフ
    スの遠位縁の一部は、前記トップシートから離間される
    ように固着されていない特許請求の範囲第５項による一
    体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  17. 【請求項１７】前記のバリヤカフスは液体不透過性であ
    る特許請求の範囲第５項による一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  18. 【請求項１８】前記バリヤカフスが追加的に吸収性手段
    を含む特許請求の範囲第５項による一体型使い捨て吸収
    性製品。
  19. 【請求項１９】前記腰区域、股区域および後部腰区域を
    有する吸収性製品であって、液体透過性トップシート
    と、 前記トップシートを組合わされた液体不透過性バックシ
    ートと、前記トップシートと前記バックシートの間に配
    置されて側縁を有する吸収性コアーと、 吸収性製品の各縦方向縁の夫々に隣接して配置された弾
    性吸収性ガスケットと（各ガスケットは、前記吸収性コ
    アーの前記側縁から、およびそれに沿って少くとも吸収
    性製品の股区域において延出する可撓性サイドフラップ
    および前記サイドフラップに弾性的に収縮し得る状態で
    固着されているフラップ弾性部材とを有し、それによっ
    て前記の弾性的に収縮し得るガスケットカフスは着用者
    の脚の回りに有効なバリヤーを作る） 少なくとも前記のガスケットカフスの各々に隣接して配
    置されたバリヤーカフスと（前記バリヤーカフスの各々
    は近位縁と遠位縁を有し、前記近位縁は少なくとも股区
    域において前記フラップ弾性部材と前記吸収性コアーの
    前記側縁との間の前記サイトフラップに配置され、前記
    遠位縁は少なくとも股区域において付着していない） 前記バリヤーカフスを前記の遠位縁が前記のトップシー
    トの上面から離間されるように弾性化し、それによって
    チャンネルが形成される前記バリヤーカフスに固着した
    スペーサー弾性部材とを有し、前記弾性的に収縮し得る
    ガスケットカフスと前記バリヤーカフスが着用者のガー
    メントの汚れに対し有効な手段を与えられる一体型使い
    捨て吸収性製品。
  20. 【請求項２０】前記のバリヤーカフスを閉鎖状態に固着
    するために腰区域の前部および後部において前記バリヤ
    ーカフスの各々は各縁に隣接して配置された接着手段を
    更に有し、前記の遠位縁は少なくとも前記の股区域にお
    いて前記トップシートの上面から離間されないように保
    たれる特許請求の範囲第19項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収
    性製品。
  21. 【請求項２１】前記バリヤーカフスが液体不透過性であ
    る特許請求の範囲第19項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  22. 【請求項２２】前記フラップ弾性部材が曲線から成る特
    許請求の範囲第19項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  23. 【請求項２３】前記バリアーカフスが前記トップシート
    と一体型である特許請求の範囲第19項記載の一体型使い
    捨て吸収性製品。
  24. 【請求項２４】前記バリアーカフスが前記サイドフラッ
    プと一体型である特許請求の範囲第19項記載の一体型使
    い捨て吸収性製品。
  25. 【請求項２５】前記バリアーカフスが液体不透過性であ
    る特許請求の範囲第24項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  26. 【請求項２６】液体透過性トップシート、 前記トップシートに組合わされた液体不透過性バックシ
    ートと、 前記トップシートと前記バックシートとの間に配置され
    た吸収性コアーと、 吸収性製品の各縁に隣接して配置された弾性収縮性ガス
    ケットカフスと、 近位縁と遠位縁とを有し、前記近位縁は前記ガスケット
    カフスに隣接して配置され、前記遠位縁は前記近位縁の
    内向きに配置されているバリヤーカフスと、 前記遠位縁を前記トップシートの上面から離間するため
    の前記バリヤーカフスと組合わされたスペーサー手段と を有する一体型使い捨て吸収性製品。
  27. 【請求項２７】前記バリヤーカフスが液体不透過性であ
    る特許請求の範囲26項記載の一体型使い捨て吸収性製
    品。
  28. 【請求項２８】前記近位縁が前記ガスケットカフスの内
    向きに配置されている特許請求の範囲第27項記載の一体
    型使い捨て吸収性製品。
