- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 2つの半成形型の間で澱粉含有物質をベーキングすることによってまたは 澱粉含有物質を押出成形することによって得られる成形体の少なくとも一つの面 あるいは内側を撥水性−あるいは耐水性被覆する方法において、人間への毒性お よび/または生態学的毒性において問題がなく、水と混和し得る低沸点溶剤の他 に1種以上の腐食性の造膜物質および1種以上の腐食性疎水性可塑剤を含有する 塗料を塗布するのと同時に、被覆すべき成形体の表面から吸着した水和水の少な くとも1部を除去し、次いで該溶剤(混合物)を5重量%の基体の湿分含有量を 維持しなから臭いが無くなるまで除くことを特徴とする、上記方法。 2. 造膜性物質として、セルロースアセテートブチラート、セルロースアセテ ートプロピオナートおよびセルロースアセテートより成る群の内の疎水性アルキ ルセルロース、非水溶性セルロースエステルを含有する請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 塗料が可塑剤として中鎖−および長鎖の脂肪酸(鎖長C4以上)のトリグ ボン酸、完全エステル化シトロネン酸エステル、サッカロース−アセテート−イ ソブチラートおよび他の疎水性糖類エステルを含有する請求項1または2に記載 の方法。 4. 塗料が追加的に1種類以上の腐食性結合剤を含有する請求項1〜3のいず れか一つに記載の方法。 5. 塗料が結合剤としてシュラック、コパル、マステック、サンダラック、シ ェラック、コロホニウムを基本成分とする水素化された二量体のおよび重合体樹 脂および脂肪族炭化水素樹脂より成る群の天然樹脂を含有する請求項4に記載の 方法。 6.塗料が溶剤としてアルコール、ケトンまたはエステルより成る100℃以下 、好ましくは80℃以下で沸騰する1種以上の溶剤を含有する請求項1〜5のい ずれか一つに記載の方法。 7. 溶剤と使用する塗料の層成分との重量比が1.5〜17である請求項1〜 6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8. 被覆物が15〜150μm、好ましくは40〜150μmの厚さを有してい る請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
