Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.活性物質をミクロスフェアに封入する方法であって、 (a)ポリマーを有機溶媒に溶解して、溶液を製造し; (b)活性物質を(a)の溶液に加えて、第一エマルションまたはサスペンショ ンを含んでなるポリマー−活性物質混合物を製造し; (c)工程(b)の混合物を乳化浴に加えて、第二エマルションを含んでなるミ クロスフェアを製造し; (d)工程(c)のミクロスフェアを硬化して、封入活性物質を含んでなる硬化 ミクロスフェアを製造し; (e)工程(d)のミクロスフェアを流動床中で乾燥する ことを含んでなる方法。 2.有機溶媒が塩化メチレンである、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.有機溶媒が酢酸エチルである、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.有機溶媒が酢酸エチルおよびベンジルアルコールまたはアセトンの混合物 である、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.乳化浴がポリビニルアルコール溶液を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法 。 6.ポリビニルアルコール溶液が酢酸エチルを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 7.活性物質が乾燥固体である、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.活性物質が水性である、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.活性物質が抗原である、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.活性物質がアジュバントである、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.流動床が、乾燥ガスが湿ったミクロスフェアを通過するというシステム を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.ポリマーがポリエステルである、請求項1に記載の方法。 13.ポリエステルがポリ(D−L−ラクチド−コ−グリコリド)である、請求 項12に記載の方法。 14.活性物質がポリペプチドである、請求項1に記載の方法。 15.ポリペプチドがヒト成長ホルモンである、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.ポリペプチドがgp120である、請求項14に記載の方法。 17.ミクロスフェアを流動床中で乾燥する、活性物質を封入するミクロスフ ェアを含んでなる組成物。 18.活性物質が乾燥固体である、請求項17に記載の組成物。 19.活性物質が水性である、請求項17に記載の組成物。 20.活性物質が抗原である、請求項17に記載の組成物。 21.活性物質がアジュバントである、請求項17に記載の組成物。 22.アジュバントがQS21である、請求項21に記載の組成物。 23.活性物質がポリペプチドである、請求項17に記載の組成物。 24.ポリペプチドが成長ホルモンである、請求項23に記載の組成物。 25.ポリペプチドがgp120である、請求項23に記載の組成物。 26.ポリラクチドミクロスフェアを製造するための方法であって、ミクロス フェアを流動床中で乾燥することを含んでなる方法。
