Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サンプリングされたアナログ入力信号をＮビットよりな
    るデジタル出力信号に変換するアナログデジタル変換回
    路において、基準電位差を２ＮＩ″′＋１（ただし、ｍ
    はＮの約数とする）に分圧して得られる２Ｎｌ″′個の
    比較基準電圧と前記アナログ入力信号とを比較する２Ｎ
    ／″′個のコンパレータと、これらのコンパレータの出
    力を符号化し、Ｎ／ｍビットのデジタル信号を出力する
    エンコーダと、このエンコーダが出力するデジタル信号
    に基づいて次の基準電位差を生成する電圧変換回路と、
    前記エンコーダより順次出力されるＮ／ｍビット毎のデ
    ジタル信号を保持してＮビットのデジタル出力信号とす
    るラッチ回路とを具備することを特徴とするアナログデ
    ジタル変換回路。
