    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板上に互いに対向して人、出力端子用のメタライ
    ズを有し、この対向した人、出力端子用メタライズの間
    に半導体素子が接着されたメタライズを有し、かつこの
    半導体素子が接着されたメタライズと出力端子用メタラ
    イズとの間に共通端子として使用されるメタライズを有
    していることを特徴とする半導体装置。
