Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数個の半導体チップを絶縁基板を介して同一容
    器中に組立てた半導体装置において、先端接続部が分岐
    した多端接続子、外部リード板及びそれらを中継する導
    電接続個所を有することを特徴とする半導体装置。
  2. （２）多端接続子及び外部リード板の１部を絶縁物を介
    して容器に固定゛した実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項記載の半導体装置。
  3. （３）　　多端、接続子及び外部リード板を同一金属板
    から形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の
    半導体装置。
  4. （４）複数個の多端接続子の共通部分を対向配置した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項又は第２預証　　　　
    ′載の半導体装置。
