    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子４を支持すると共に半導体素子４をボンディ
    ングワイヤにより複数の接続用パッド１２に接続する半
    導体チップキャリアケースにおいて、該ケースがフレキ
    シブルな樹脂基板１０の４辺を湾曲させた構造を有し、
    前記接続用パッド１２は基板１０の湾曲部の先端までの
    び、湾曲部の上の接続用パッドを外部基板に固定するこ
    とにより当該基板に接続されることを特徴とする半導体
    チップキャリアケース。
