    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電極間に高周波電圧を印加してプラズマ処理する化学気
    相成長装置のウェハローデング機構が、該電極を固定す
    る台座と、ウェハを載置し前後にスライドする櫛歯状の
    アームを有し、該台座及びアームを回転させる回転機構
    により、該アーム上のウェハを該電極側面に移替するよ
    う構成されていることを特徴とするウェハローディング
    装置。
