Claims (1)
- 第１のペレツトと第２のペレツトとを各々固着
した第１、第２のアイランドと、前記第１、第２
のペレツトの表面に設けた複数の電極とそれに対
応する複数の内部リードとを各々接続した内部接
続リードとを具備し、前記第１、第２のペレツト
を含む主要部を樹脂モールドした半導体装置にお
いて、前記第１、第２のペレツトに共通の電位を
印加すべき少なくとも１本の内部リードの先端を
、前記第１のアイランド近傍から前記第２のアイ
ランド近傍まで延在せしめ、且つこの延在部と前
記第１、第２のペレツトの対応する電極とを夫々
独立した前記内部接続リードで接続したことを特
徴とする半導体装置。
