Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 測定機本体側に取付られた測定子と、載物
    台に取付られた測定対象物とを三次元方向に相対
    移動させつつ両者を順次関与させ、その相対移動
    変位量から測定対象物の形状等を測定する三次元
    測定機の測定子取付装置であつて、 前記測定機本体の垂直軸部材に嵌装可能なシヤ
    ンクとこのシヤンクの軸線に直交する平面を有す
    る鍔部とこの鍔部の前記シヤンクとは反対側に設
    けられた二股脚部とを有する取付具本体と、 周面に設けられた目盛と前記測定機本体の垂直
    軸部材の突出ピンに嵌合可能な切欠部とを有し前
    記取付具本体のシヤンクに嵌装されかつ前記鍔部
    の平面に支持される目盛付きブツシユと、 前記取付具本体の二股脚部にわたり回動可能に
    支持されかつ前記測定子を一体的に支持するため
    のねじ部材と、 このねじ部材と螺合するナツト部材および取付
    具本体の二股脚部と摩擦係合し端面に目盛を設け
    られた摩擦板とを有し前記ねじ部材の取付具本体
    に対する回動を阻止するための固定手段と、 からなり、前記測定子の前記垂直軸部材の軸線を
    中心とした回動角度を前記目盛付ブツシユの目盛
    と取付具本体の鍔部周面に設けられた目盛とから
    読取り、かつ、前記ねじ部材の軸線を中心とした
    回動角度を前記摩擦板の目盛とこの目盛と対応配
    置された二股脚部に設けられた目盛とから読取れ
    るよう構成したことを特徴とする三次元測定機の
    測定子取付装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
    前記目盛付ブツシユには、前記垂直軸部材の突出
    ピンに嵌合可能な同一形状の切欠部が円周上に複
    数設けられていることを特徴とする三次元測定機
    の測定子取付装置。
