Claims (1)
- 試料を収納する試料室と、前記試料を保持する
ため試料室側壁に着脱可能に装着された試料ステ
ージと、前記試料を水平移動させるため前記試料
ステージに組込まれた試料移動機構と、前記試料
ステージを移動させて試料を試料室から取出す際
にこの試料ステージの移動をガイドするための手
段と、前記試料ステージを基準位置まで引出した
時試料上に光のスポツトを照射するための光発生
手段とを備え、前記試料ステージを基準位置まで
引出した時の試料上の光照射位置が試料ステージ
を試料室内にセツトした時の試料上の電子線の照
射位置と一致するように構成してなる走査電子顕
微鏡における試料装置。
