Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 流路に電磁弁と流量計とを備えると共に、流量
    計からの流量情報に基づいて電磁弁を閉止する制
    御部を備えた流量制御装置における流量パルス積
    算誤差防止システムであつて、 上記流量計に、流量情報として、レベルの異な
    る２種の流量パルスを異なる位相で出力する流量
    情報出力手段を備え、 かつ、上記制御部に、 上記２種の流量パルスからなる流量情報から、
    ２種の流量パルスを合わせたものといずれか１種
    の流量パルスとを各々検出する流量パルス検出手
    段と、 上記２種のパルスを合わせたものおよび１種の
    流量パルスを各々計数すると共に、２種の流量パ
    ルスを合わせたもののパルス数の１／２と１種の
    流量パルス数との差を求めるパルス数差検出手段
    と、 上記パルス数差の絶対値が、予め設定した値よ
    り大きいか否かを判定し、パルス数差が設定値よ
    り大きいとき、異常と判定すると共に、２種の流
    量パルスのうち、パルス数の多い方を選択して、
    流量の積算の基礎とする異常判定手段とを備えて
    構成することを特徴とする、流量パルスの積算誤
    差防止システム。
