Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁表面を有する基板上に、順次第１電極層、
    半導体光活性層及び第２電極層を積層してなる複
    数の光電変換素子を配設し、これらを電気的に直
    列接続した光起電力装置において、第ｎ番目の光
    電変換素子の第１電極層と第（ｎ＋１）番目の光
    電変換素子の第２電極層とが半導体光活性層を介
    して重畳する位置で、第２電極層上からエネルギ
    ービームを照射して全層を溶融することにより形
    成された上記第１電極層及び第２電極層の電気的
    直列接続部と、該接続部上に形成された導電部材
    とを具備したことを特徴とする光起電力装置。
