Claims (1)
- ＨＩＣ基板端面を把持する平行チヤツクを具備
するとともに前記平行チヤツクを前記平行チヤツ
クの把持方向に対し同一方向にころがり摩擦にて
移動可なる機構を有する把持機構部と、前記把持
機構部の平行チヤツクの位置を定位置に復元する
機構を有する位置出し機構部と、前記把持機構部
を前記把持方向に対し垂直上方向に浮上させる機
構を有する浮上機構部とより構成されるＨＩＣ把
持用ロボツトハンド。
