Claims (22)
- 펄스 레이저를 사용한 용접의 용접 품질을 평가할 수 있는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템에 있어서,상기 펄스 레이저를 사용한 용접의 용접 특성을 획득할 수 있는 하나 이상의 센서와;상기 용접 특성을 저장 및 분석하기 위해 적용되는 데이터 수집 및 처리 장치를 포함하고,상기 용접 특성은 복수의 속성을 가지며,복수회 수행된 각각의 용접에 대해 하나 이상의 용접 특성을 획득하며, 각각의 용접의 용접 품질을 결정하며, 각각의 용접에 대한 상기 하나 이상의 용접 특성에 대한 상기 속성과 관련되는 일련의 알고리즘 중 하나 이상을 구동시켜 상기 관련 속성에 대한 단일 값 출력을 생성시키며, 상기 하나 이상의 알고리즘의 단일 값 출력과 상기 용접의 용접 품질을 상호 관련시킴으로써 상기 용접 품질의 속성 표시를 선택하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접이 각기 다른 용접 조건에서 실행되는 경우, 상기 용접 조건이 변화함에 따라, 용접 품질의 변화를 상기 하나 이상의 알고리즘에 대한 단일 값 출력에서의 변화와 상호 연관시키는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 센서는 포토다이오드, 마이크로폰, 모니터 센서, 플라즈마 센서 및 기계 비전 센서로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 특성은 반사 신호, IR 신호 및 음향 신호로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속성은 최대 값, 최소 값, 기울기, 적분, 하나 이상의 대수 기능 및 하나 이상의 연산 기능으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 레이저는 피드백 레이저, 비-피드백 레이저, Nd:YAG 레이저, CO2 레이저 및 그린 레이저로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 레이 저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용접부의 이미지를 획득할 수 있는 CCTV 카메라를 더 포함하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 수집 및 처리 장치는 상기 용접 특성을 처리하기 위한 디지타이저를 포함하며, 상기 디지타이저는 오실로스코프, 디지털 오실로스코프, DSP 보드, DAQ 보드 및 주문형 전자제품으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 속성과 관련되는 알고리즘의 라이브러리를 미리 설정되어 있는 것들 중에서 선택하는 레이저 용접 모니터링 시스템.

- 펄스 레이저 용접 품질을 모니터링하는 방법에 있어서,복수의 테스트 용접을 수행하는 단계와;각각의 테스트 용접의 하나 이상의 용접 특성을 획득하며, 상기 하나 이상의 용접 특성은 복수의 속성을 갖는 단계와;각각의 테스트 용접의 상기 용접 품질을 결정하는 단계와;각각의 용접의 상기 하나 이상의 용접 특성에 대한 속성과 관련되는 일련의 알고리즘 중 하나 이상을 구동하여 상기 관련 속성에 대한 단일 값 출력을 생성하는 단계와;상기 하나 이상의 알고리즘의 단일 값 출력을 상기 테스트 용접의 상기 용접 품질과 상호 연관시킴으로써 상기 용접 품질의 속성 표시를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 테스트 용접을 사용하는 단계는 각기 다른 용접 조건에서 테스트 용접을 수행하여, 상기 용접 조건이 변화함에 따라, 용접 품질의 변화를 상기 하나 이상의 알고리즘에 대한 상기 단일 값 출력에 있어서의 변화와 상호 연관시키는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 일련의 알고리즘 중 하나 이상을 구동하는 단계는 최대 값, 최소 값, 기울기, 적분, 하나 이상의 대수 기능 및 하나 이상의 연산 기능으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 속성에 대한 상기 단일 값 출 력을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 품질을 결정하는 단계는 용접 강도 테스트를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 품질을 결정하는 단계는 용접 경계 구역 테스트를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 선택된 속성과 관련되는 알고리즘의 상기 단일 값 출력을 기반으로 양호 및 불량 용접을 규정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,용접을 수행하는 단계와;상기 용접의 상기 용접 특성을 획득하는 단계와;상기 용접의 용접 특성에 대한 상기 선택된 속성과 관련되는 상기 알고리즘을 구동하여 상기 단일 값 출력을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 양호 및 불량 용접의 정의와 상기 용접에 대한 상기 단일 값 출력을 비교함으로써 양호 용접 또는 불량 용접 중 하나가 될 용접을 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 펄스 레이저의 초점 높이를 조절하는 방법에 있어서,복수의 테스트 용접을 수행하며, 각각의 테스트 용접은 소정의 초기 초점 높이를 중심으로 각기 다른 초점 높이에서 수행되는 단계와;각각의 테스트 용접의 온도 특성을 획득하는 단계와;올바른 초점 높이로서 상기 온도 특성에서 최대 상향 기울기를 초래하는 상기 초점 높이를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
