Abstract
Description
Claims (28)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 2층 이상의 발광층을 가지며, 상기 발광층 사이에는 중간 전극층이 개재되고,상기 중간 전극층은 단일층, 또는 복수의 층으로 이루어진 적층체로서, 이 중간 전극층의 1층 이상이 0.001 내지 10,000Ω·cm의 저항률을 나타내는 반도체성 재료로 이루어지는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체성 재료가 칼코게나이드인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체성 재료가 칼코게나이드 및 알칼리 금속으로 이루어지는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체성 재료가 도전성 산화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 산화물이 전이 금속을 포함하는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전이 금속을 포함하는 도전성 산화물이 NbOX, LaOX, NdOX, SmOX, EuOX, MoOX, ReOX, WOX, OsOX, IrOX, PtOX(x= 0.2 내지 5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 산화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체성 재료가 전이 금속을 포함하는 도전성 산화물인 억셉터 성분과, 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속인 도너 성분으로 이루어진 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 억셉터 성분이 LiXTi2O4, LiXV2O4, ErXNbO3, LaXTiO3, SrXVO3, CaXCrO3, SrXCrO3, AXMoO3, AV2O5(A=K, Cs, Rb, Sr, Na, Li, Ca)(x= 0.2 내지 5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체성 재료가 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 도전성 유기 라디칼염인 유기 전기발광 소자.화학식 1DyAz[상기 식에서, D는 도너성의 분자 또는 원자이며, A는 억셉터성의 분자 또는 원자이며, y는 1 내지 5의 정수이며, z는 1 내지 5의 정수이다.]
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 D가 하기 화학식 2 내지 9로 표시되는 분자인 유기 전기발광 소자.화학식 2화학식 3화학식 4화학식 5화학식 6화학식 7화학식 8화학식 9[상기 식에서, A1은 탄소 원자, 황 원자, 셀레늄 원자 또는 텔루륨 원자이며, A2는 탄소 원자, 황 원자, 셀레늄 원자, 텔루륨 원자 또는 산소 원자이며, R1은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기이며, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 싸이오알킬기이며, R3은 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 50의 싸이오알 킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 셀레노알킬기이며, 이들은 서로 독립적이다.]
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 A가 하기 화학식 10 내지 13으로 표시되는 분자인 유기 전기발광 소자.화학식 10[상기 식에서, Ar1은 할로젠으로 치환 가능한로 표시되는 유기기(A3은 산소 원자, 황 원자 또는 셀레늄 원자이며, A4는 황 원자 또는 셀레늄 원자이며, 이들은 서로 독립적이다)이다.]화학식 11화학식 12화학식 13[상기 식에서, A5는 탄소 원자, 황 원자, 셀레늄 원자, 텔루륨 원자 또는 산소 원자이며, A6은 탄소 원자, 황 원자, 셀레늄 원자 또는 텔루륨 원자이며, M은 니켈 원자, 팔라듐 원자, 백금 원자 또는 아연 원자이며, R4는 수소 원자, 할로젠 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬기, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알콕시기이며, 이들은 서로 독립적이다.]
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 D가 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 1층 이상의 발광층을 가지며,상기 음극이 하나 이상의 금속 산화물을 포함하고, 상기 음극의 광 투과율이 80% 이상인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 음극 상에 투명성 물질로 이루어진 밀봉막을 가지며, 상기 밀봉막의 면적이 상기 음극과 양극이 겹치는 발광 영역의 면적보다 큰 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 투명성 물질이 Si, Ge, Mg, Ta, Ti, Zn, Sn, In, Pb 및 Bi로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 투명성 물질이 Mo, V, Cr, W, Ni, Co, Mn, Ir, Pt, Pd, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er 및 Yb로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물, 질화물 또는 산질화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 음극 중의 도너 성분의 함유량이 2 내지 20wt%인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 양극과 음극 사이에 1층 이상의 발광층을 가지며, 상기 양극과 하나 이상의 발광층 사이, 및 상기 음극과 하나 이상의 발광층 사이에 쌍극성(bipolar) 전하 주입층이 개재된 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 쌍극성 전하 주입층이 하나 이상의 도너 성분과, 하나 이상의 억셉터 성분으로 이루어진 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 억셉터 성분이 전이 금속의 산화물 또는 질화물인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 도너 성분이 알칼리 금속 및/또는 알칼리 토금속인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 쌍극성 전하 주입층이 Cs, Li, Na 및 K로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 단체(單體)와, MoOX, VOX, ReOX, RuOX, WOX, ZnOX, TiOX, CuOX(x=0.5 내지 5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물과의 혼합물로 이루어지는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 단체의 함유량이 2 내지 20wt%인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반도체 재료의 저항률이 0.001Ω·cm 이상 100Ω·cm 미만인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 양극과 음극 사이에 적어도 1층 이상의 발광층을 가지며,상기 음극이 하나 이상의 도너 성분과, 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 이루어지는 억셉터 성분을 포함하고, 상기 음극의 광 투과율이 80% 이상인 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 및 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간 전극층이 상기 쌍극성 전하 주입층으로 이루어지는 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 18 항 내지 제 23 항 및 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 양극 또는 상기 음극이 쌍극성 전하 주입층과 동일한 유기 전기발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유기 전기발광 소자를 포함하여 구성되는 표시 화면을 갖는 표시 장치.
