Claims (1)
- 투영광학계와 액체를 통해 패턴의 이미지를 기판 상에 투영함으로써 상기 기판을 노광하는 노광 방법에 있어서,
상기 기판의 측면이 발액 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 노광 방법.
