Claims (3)
- 다른 일반식(Ⅱ)의 폴리 할로실란을 그안에 존재하는 할로겐의 분량을 기준으로 적어도 화학식량의 환원체를 사용하여 무수조건하에 적합한 용매내에서 0°내지 120℃의 온도에서 4내지 48시간 환원시키고 일반식(I)의 폴리실란을 회수함을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리실란을 제조하는 방법.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (I)여기서 이 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위와 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며, 실리콘의 나머지 결합들은 다른 실리콘이나 수소와 결합되어 있고, 실리콘에 결합된 수소의 함량은 폴리실란의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.3 내지 2.1 중량%이며,{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (Ⅱ)이 폴리할로실란은0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위를 함유하며, 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하고, 실리콘 나머지 결합은 다른 실리콘원자, 염소 또는 브롬원자와 결합되어 있어, 이 폴리실란중의 가수분해 가능한 염소의 함량은 폴리실란의 중량을 기준으로 10 내지 43중량%이며, 가수분해 가능한 브롬의 함량은 21 내지 62중량%이다.
- 주로 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리실란으로 구성된 조성물.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (I)여기서 이 폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위와 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며 실리콘의 나머지 결합들은 다른 실리콘이나 수소와 결합되어 있고, 실리콘에 결합된 수소의 함량은 폴리실란의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.3 내지 2.1중량%이다.
- 다음 일반식(I)의 폴리실란을 불활성 대기중이나 진공중에서 700°내지 1600℃의 상승된 온도 범위에서, 폴리실란이 실리콘 카바이드로 전환될때까지 가열함을 특징으로 하여 실리콘 카바이드 세라믹 물질을 제조하는 방법.{(CH3)2Si} {CH3Si} (I)여기서 이폴리실란은 0 내지 60몰%의 (CH3)2Si=단위와 40 내지 100몰%의 CH3Si단위를 함유하며, 실리콘의 나머지 결합들은 다른 실리콘이나 수소와 결합되어 있고, 실리콘에 결합된 수소의 함량은 폴리실란의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.3 내지 2.1중량%이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
