L'invention concerne également des immunoconjugués comprenant les anticorps conjugués ou liés à un agent d'inhibition de croissance, et des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant des anticorps ou des immunoconjugués. Les anticorps ou les immunoconjugués de l'invention sont utilisés pour traiter le cancer ou à des fins de diagnostic.
