Abstract
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux amides de l'acide 1-aryl-naphthyridine-3-carboxylique substitués en position 7, leur procédé de fabrication, leur utilisation seuls ou en association pour le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de maladies ainsi que leur utilisation pour la fabrication de médicaments destinés au traitement et/ou à la prophylaxie de maladies, en particulier au traitement et/ou à la prophylaxie de maladies cardiovasculaires et/ou de néphropathies.
