Abstract
La présente invention concerne des formulations pharmaceutiques stables comprenant un anticorps humain qui se lie spécifiquement à la protéine de mort programmée humaine-1 (PD-1). Dans certains modes de réalisation, les formulations contiennent, en plus d'un anticorps anti-PD-1, un tampon, un acide aminé, un tensioactif non ionique et un sucre. Les formulations pharmaceutiques de la présente invention présentent un degré substantiel de stabilité des anticorps en cas de stress et de stockage.
